The spiritual path can easily be missed because it is so subtle. It is a path to higher consciousness, with fuller awareness, and one realization after another. One learns a whole new language from the everyday, linear, factual, logical thinking. Upon entering the spiritual path, one begins changing perceptions and sees new interpretations of reality. One learns to heal oneself from the conditioning of childhood, societal mores, and traditional thinking.

One moves from being unaware and unconsciousness to becoming an empowered, conscious, loving, holistic, and fully-functioning person. One learns to take the next step and then the next to initiate oneself into greater understanding of the mysteries of Life. As awareness expands one realizes such things as there is only one of us.

Who I am expands to include all of life. Knowing and feeling connected to this full Self unfolds in stages, as there are degrees of truth along the way to Truth. It is a continual process of exploring self and others, participating in relationships and groups, and learning to know and experience your inner self.

Back in 1994, Point Zero was released on vinyl – one of the very first tracks in this style that I ever listened to, and a piece of music that truly shaped me. Years later, I felt the need to reinterpret this beautiful work in my own way, giving it an energetic twist while keeping its spirit alive.

This remix has been resting on my hard drive for a long time, and I finally want to share it with you as a studio preview. I don’t have the explicit permission from the original artist, so if there are any concerns, I will of course take it down. But my hope is simply to honor the original and let you hear my personal interpretation of a track that has inspired me deeply.

Ruigoord (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈrœyxoːrt]) is a village in the Houtrakpolder in the Dutch province of North Holland, situated within the municipality of Amsterdam. Until the 1880s, it was an island in the IJ bay, which turned into a polder. The village is nowadays partially closed in by the Port of Amsterdam, and lies about 8 km east of Haarlem.[1]

In the 1960s the village was evacuated by the municipality of Amsterdam, which intended to extend its harbour, but the plans fell through. In 1972 the village was squatted by a group of artists who planned to make a colony there.[2][3] As such it exists to this day, but it is now legalized. Full moon parties are regularly organised in the formerly Roman Catholic village church and every year there is the Landjuweel (Land Jewel) festival in August.[4]

Since the early 2000s, the village has staged an annual poetry festival over the Whitsun weekend, Vurige tongen (Fiery Tongues). One of the festival's three days is always devoted to international poets. From 2003 on, a yearly Ruigoord Trophy has been awarded to individuals who have selflessly dedicated themselves to maintaining the village as an important cultural stronghold. The first such trophy was presented to Simon Vinkenoog. Cyko - Hedonismus Business Podcast #162 (Liveset @ Weddingparty 2020)

Played at IK Gathering 2019 in the south of Portugal on October, this mix goes through a selection of night time psychedelic trance. It was played again, out of my phone in the first outdoor party I performed in London after police stopped it at first. Small speaker and minijack conection only available so I gave the dancefloor some rocking tunes. Being the only dj standing it was the first out of 4 of my djsets that I played that 5th of July 2020. Santy is Fluoelf, a psytrance Dj and producer from Spain. He has been spinning since 2001, being part of the local scenes in Amsterdam, Barcelona and London.

From an early age, he was heavily influenced by 60s classic and psychedelic rock. It was when he moved to Amsterdam in 2001 that he got in contact with rave culture and psychedelic trance, a complete life changing experience. Right after his first party, it took him a month to start organizing them and 3 to start mixing with the good old cdjs100. He has developed a mixing and storytelling technique that is ever changing and evolving from the very beginning to this day.

His love for underground music has kept him always on the move, constantly evolving and with an experimental edge. He started playing minimalistic psy and after that he added more recent styles to his repertory: darkprog/psygressive since 2005, twilight/forest since 2010 and psychedelic techno since 2013.

In his performances he uses a blend of these different substyles and he plays them according to the time of the day and the music that surrounds him. The result, new djsets for every new  dancefloor. Sets that evolves in waves, progressively increasing or decreasing, creating an hypnotic flow with a very personal and  psychedelic style. 

Fluoelf is part of Intermind Records and Resina Records. He has released compilations at Occulta, Parasomnia, Uroboros and Woodog. He was also producing for a few years, releasing a few tracks and collabs at Uroboros, Glitchy Tonic and Transition records.

Nowadays, he is based in London, where he travels all over Europe and worldwide, delivering his sets to a wide range of events, including: Freqs of Nature(DE), Lost Theory (ES), Modem (HR), Masters of Puppets (CZ), Symbiosis (US), Triplicity (UK), Son Libre (Fr), Solstice (NL), Transition (ES-resident), Own Spirit (ES) and many other festivals and parties.

You can find him with a fun attitude in the dancefloor and behind the decks. Expect something different every time...

TechElf is Fluoelf techno side project. It was born in 2023 after 10 years experimenting and playing at parties under the same name. It took some time, but after all, a separation was needed as the project is mature and ready to contain by itself.
TechElf style varies with the parties he performs at. It's usually very percussive and leaning to the serious side, but not necessary dark. He mainly plays psy and minimal techno, but his range is wider and can reach progressive techno and he is working on introducing dark techno and other substyles in upcoming sets. He will definitely experiment further, now that he is free from psy duties from his main and most known project.
