Fever Ray - If I Had A Heart (Kinich Bootleg)

This is the second part in the psytrance serie I'm preparing as part of a future playlist. It means to show the different gradients of darkness within the forest/organic substyle. This time I selected a djset played at Gandaky's full moon party that happend outdoors in Englad on October 2019. I played during the sunset, so things got spices up along the journey. Many tracks from my label WooDog and a style that I personally enjoy the most from my forest repertory.

The set was played entirely at 150bpm, after Gradual djset and before ZZbing live set. Both are also part of WooDog so the transition between styles was on point. Very enjoyable to play.

Behind the Nukleall project there is Ale Mistretta,italian psytrance artist and label manager of Blacklite Records. Nukleall has always been involved in electronic and rock music, frequently moving in
alternative directions and searching continuously experimental sounds and projects. Since his first Live Act in 2008, Nukleall started to push more his music career, totally committing himself to his
artistic life. After the creation of Looney Moon in 2004 with Dj Fog and Phobos and the experience of the whole music industry and scene, he departed from the the Looney project due to different
artistic visions and decided to found his own Label, Blacklite Records. Along the years, Nukleall managed to build up a strong reputation in the psytrance scene and his Label has grown enough to
keep him committed and to make out of Blacklite his project for life. He had already the chance to play in some of the best parties and festivals in the world and he is constantly working in new
environments that can positively affect his music, projects and art. Nukleall’s style has been defined as morning psytrance music with a fat and groovy dancing vein, tightly balanced with a strong
whirling and psychedelic atmosphere. His first solo album “Hundreds of years Into the Future” has been released in November 2012 under Blacklite Records and from that moment, his artistic flow
never stopped, bringing to light some of the most powerful productions on the worldwide Psytrance scene.

Santy is Fluoelf, a psytrance Dj and producer from Spain. He has been spinning since 2001, being part of the local scenes in Amsterdam, Barcelona and London.

From an early age, he was heavily influenced by 60s classic and psychedelic rock. It was when he moved to Amsterdam in 2001 that he got in contact with rave culture and psychedelic trance, a complete life changing experience. Right after his first party, it took him a month to start organizing them and 3 to start mixing with the good old cdjs100. He has developed a mixing and storytelling technique that is ever changing and evolving from the very beginning to this day.

His love for underground music has kept him always on the move, constantly evolving and with an experimental edge. He started playing minimalistic psy and after that he added more recent styles to his repertory: darkprog/psygressive since 2005, twilight/forest since 2010 and psychedelic techno since 2013.

In his performances he uses a blend of these different substyles and he plays them according to the time of the day and the music that surrounds him. The result, new djsets for every new  dancefloor. Sets that evolves in waves, progressively increasing or decreasing, creating an hypnotic flow with a very personal and  psychedelic style. 

Fluoelf is part of Intermind Records and Resina Records. He has released compilations at Occulta, Parasomnia, Uroboros and Woodog. He was also producing for a few years, releasing a few tracks and collabs at Uroboros, Glitchy Tonic and Transition records.

Nowadays, he is based in London, where he travels all over Europe and worldwide, delivering his sets to a wide range of events, including: Freqs of Nature(DE), Lost Theory (ES), Modem (HR), Masters of Puppets (CZ), Symbiosis (US), Triplicity (UK), Son Libre (Fr), Solstice (NL), Transition (ES-resident), Own Spirit (ES) and many other festivals and parties.

You can find him with a fun attitude in the dancefloor and behind the decks. Expect something different every time...

TechElf is Fluoelf techno side project. It was born in 2023 after 10 years experimenting and playing at parties under the same name. It took some time, but after all, a separation was needed as the project is mature and ready to contain by itself.
TechElf style varies with the parties he performs at. It's usually very percussive and leaning to the serious side, but not necessary dark. He mainly plays psy and minimal techno, but his range is wider and can reach progressive techno and he is working on introducing dark techno and other substyles in upcoming sets. He will definitely experiment further, now that he is free from psy duties from his main and most known project.
