Il primo disco degli Areia può essere considerato “easy listening” ma assolutamente da ballare, e i loro show live all'opposto del disco, uno spettacolo esplosivo di prestazioni strumentali in tensione completa dove i tre musicisti vengono accompagnati, per completare il “muro del suono” da altri cinque artisti di talento al basso, flauto, sax tenore, chitarra e piano. Nella loro musica possiamo sentire le influenze di A.C.Jobim, di Vinicius de Moraes, Tania Maria, Incognito, St.Germain, Llorca, Sade ecc...
Areia con i loro concerti sono già riusciti ad ottenere molto successo da un pubblico che li ha seguiti con entusiasmo e sincera passione, spargendo con successo il virus della musica da salotto, ovunque la suonino.
Il loro sound è prevalentemente basato sulla lounge music ma spaziano senza difficoltà nella bossa, nella samba, il funk fino al jazzy-house. Autore di tutti i brani del cd è Denis Beganovich, trombonista e tasteriesta a fianco della pop star slovena Magnifico.
Molti i potenziali hits contenuti nel lavoro d'esordio “Train to Areia”, l'irresistibile “Monday” con la splendida voce di Denise Dantas, la giocosa “Questions” in boogaloow style, la briosa “Train to Areia” che da il titolo all'album e 'Bye, bye Brazil' il tipico brano che dopo il primo ascolto lo continui a fischiettare per tutto il giorno. 'Train to Areia' è un lavoro brillante, ricco di brioso buon gusto e con forti potenzialità di successo a livello internazionale.

Lee Burridge & Lost Desert - Lingala (feat. Junior)

For over five years, All Day I Dream has been where deep and emotive meet House music. Propelled by a community of forward thinking artists drawn around the scion of master curator and sunset/sunrise set specialist, Lee Burridge.

They now welcome Lost Desert to the label with the release of Lingala, a two-track collaborative effort with Burridge himself, that also features Junior on vocals. Lost Desert was picked out of obscurity after Burridge discovered his music while trekking in a remote area of a long lost land. A fast forged friendship inevitably lead to the studio, and Lingala’s the enrapturing sophomore result. 

Lingala, is a beautifully composed ten-minute sonic journey. Our Debut Transmission is Gorje Hewek & Izhevski’s interpretation of Lingala is a markedly different affair. Focussing on musical layers rather than the vocal the duo’s  signature spacey atmospheres and minimal rhythmic percussion add extra strings creating uplifting moments that contrast the original’s mood.
