New Castle Pa Unsigned rap artist/ Charles ray Bundy III, Known as the stage name Y.I.C (youngest in charge) i been into music since i was 16, Not going to lie becoming a rapper wasn't something i always thought i would grow up to see doing with my life. when i was 16 and drove around the car with my friends started playing instrumentals and doing freestyles to them, then started getting the word out that i was good and should get more into music so i thought about it and felt i can then it started to become a passion something i really loved doing and something that took my mind off every thing around me so i look foward to making music and someday getting way further in life with this oppurtunity and it all starts from my supporters and the people who hear me so check out my music support me all the way and share my sounds and let me know what you think, my mixtape will be out soon.
