Hung Around (Demo)

One of the tracks recorded for Meursault's crowd-funded, crowd-chosen album made to help fund the band's US tour.

Fans who bought the album through the Kickstarter campaign were invited to vote for five songs - covers or original Meursault songs - with the most popular making it onto the album.

We started recording on February 1st, mixed it between 10th-13th, mastered on the 14th, we've spent between 16th-19th printing the posters and album sleeves, we're folding and packing today and tomorrow is the first launch night.

Attivi dalla seconda metà del 2006 i Flying Sebadas uniscono alla tradizione dei grandi gruppi vocali degli anni sessanta (Beatles e Beach Boys) l’attitudine slacker e lo-fi del rock di matrice anglosassone anni 90  passando per la new wave italiana il free jazz punk inglese….ma questa è un’altra storia.


Nati da una schitarratina in una spiaggia sulcitana, a Pilloni e Carjà presto si uniscono Gambles e Siddu. Di ritorno dalla spiaggia danno un passaggio ad un allora sconosciuto Massa che si propone di stastierarci tutto. Entrano in sala e non vi escono per un anno. Quando lo fanno Massa non c’è più. Oltre a alcuni debiti di gioco e un paio di cartelle di equitalia inevase, il Bardo lascia un foglietto: This must be the name: The Flying Sebadas.
