Friday Night Lites is a pop-punk band based out of Portland, Maine consisting of Joey Genovese (vocals), Dan Dunham (drums), Nate Garland (guitar), Matt Fortier (guitar), and Jesse Harbison (bass). In April 2014, the band set out to make their mark and impact a scene with their own distinctive spin. With influences from bands such as State Champs, Knuckle Puck, The Wonder Years, and New Found Glory, Friday Night Lites is bringing together a community of music enthusiasts who also appreciate fun and high energy lyrical content. 

Coining the band as “hard workers” and “genuine people,” Kevin Billingslea (Engineer/Producer) at Halo Studios has seen the band’s growth personally. Kevin, alongside Darren Elder (Owner/Producer) had the distinct opportunity to work on the band's debut EP Wherever You May Be (due out November, 2015). An EP that gives a little something extra to every fans taste and liking. Each track on the EP offers a different feel while staying true to their pop-punk foundation. 

The brand new EP, featuring single “Bases Loaded” is filled with tragedy, loss, struggle, and overcoming pain. Friday Night Lites paints a picture that no matter the heartache, the difficulty, or the battle, there is not one member of the community that is alone. With the forthcoming EP, Friday Night Lites hopes to encourage individuals that struggle is good and no matter what, if one hits rock bottom there's always a way out.
