Sinchis Altered States series hits volume number five, this time elevating standout artists from Sweden, Mexico, Russia, France and Germany.

This series is a go-to collection for those looking for original up-and-coming talent from around the globe. As with all Sinchi releases, profit from sales go to the Sinchi Foundation which supports indigenous peoples worldwide.

Freakazze II is a DJ and production duo from Hamburg that roams between slow rave and dark disco, wavy 80s synths and punk drums. Their brilliant 'Blaupause' is a heavy plodder with frazzled synths searching the face of the soot-black groove.

French minimalist electro and cold new wave sounds define the music of Nomenklatur. They have so far released their ravey take on techno on Bass Agenda and Beachcoma and here excel with 'Keeping Distance.' It pairs ice-cold drums and hits with meandering guitar leads that bring a sense of real-world melancholy
next to the cosmic chords.

Mexico's Oscar Avendano aka Levantine plays bass and keys inspired by the Madchester era. He is a storytelling artist with credits on labels like About Disco Records, Hype Muzik and many more. His 'Ultradisco' is a chunky post-punk take on disco with plenty of raw attitude, hypnotic chord vamps and jangling melodic fragments.

Leo Af Ekenstam is a newly emerging alias from a Swedish artist who has been making music for years. With this project, he brings a dark disco sound exemplified by 'Stanford Torus.' It is a spacious and cinematic cut with pulsing bass and slapping hits that jerk you into action as the ambient pads up top bring a pensive mood.

Vladislav is the man behind Orchid, a producer with a penchant for the 80s and 90s era of electronica. Now based in Moscow, he has released on Ure Guay Records and Esthetique already this year. 'Erotica' is a steamy post-disco track with a libidinous female vocal and retro-future chords that bring a real atmosphere to the club.

Paris-based Zaratustra started out making techno but has moved into more melodic sounds with productions coming on Planet Ibiza and Kosa Records soon. House, techno and EBM inform his sounds. 'Thoth' is an adventurous and epic track that builds slowly on a muted acid line before the surging deep house drums voyage off into the stars.

Altered States Vol.5 is another diverse and essential collection of fresh club sounds from hot emerging talents.

The “Vol. 4” of their VA series builds up a complex texture of sonorities by featuring themes that range from trippy and atmospheric to bouncing and frivolous made with love and ingenuity by a competent selection of both young and seasoned talents from across the globe: Aikon, Alphadog & Ariel Vromen, Cardillo DJ & Tuchenzio, Djoole & Sam Farsio, Enes Çakir & Samet Gunal, Evans, Melodisch, Nico Morano, Th3 Oth3r & Luke Garcia, and Tomper. Melomana returns with its 33rd reference. And it does so with the flavour of a national artist...

Jesus Pastor is a clear example of the quality we have on the iberian territory. Like many other producers, he stands out for his originality and class. Pastor or as he now likes to be called after a modification of his stage name, Pastor In Vegas, debuts on Melomana with a new work of 3 originals plus 2 remixes titled 'Data77'. Remixes by the bosses of Melomana, Gameboyz and the Mexican trio Roswell Brothers, who add their special touch of electric guitars and solos from hell.
The Good Rapaza is the original that kicks off the EP. A combination of rogue elements that are usually accompanied by slow and powerful rhythms, punchy, electro synths and a suggestive vocal. The second track, Choco & Mery starts with a penetrating arpeggio and continues with fresh beats made for dancing. Sweet trance bass touches, succulent vocals and Italian disco pressure are the main features of this second cut. The third track entitled Discoteca Inferno is featuring by Carrier Palmer and it relaxes a bit what is coming with more deep basses and its corresponding variations, a sign of identity of Pastor In Vegas.
The first of the remixes bears the name of the peculiar duo Gameboyz, who performs an electro version with big beaks in the purest UK style of bands like Bicep...to complete this new release, the second remix comes from the Mexican trio Roswell Brothers. This band, which has been making a name for itself step by step for its "rocker" style, delights us with a version of Good Rapaza full of guitars and original solos from the group that give the track a more garage version of the same.

"UNKNOWN SPACE" is a melancholic but intensive track with percussive arp groove and 80s synths main leads.
The combination and harmony of tenacious synths make tension and transform around reality into the space that we don't know.

Attracted by the cold spirit, bloody visions and scary grooves since his teenage years, @Mont_Cosmik started to search the darkest sound that fit in his pervert mind. DJ and producer, he cultivates a taste almost unhealthy about weird sounds from 70's and 80's, a period where the first electronic experiments were already able to go very far.
