The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Facets. The Samo Records label boss pillages the hypnotic beats of the 1980s Belgian new beat movement on his four track debut EP on Jennifer Cardini's Dischi Autunno imprint. With the additional flavors of Italo-disco and freestyle, all overtop the decidedly EBM bassline movements, the EP’s grooves are dangerously addictive as it twists and turns through moody atmospheres. Today we present 'Impulse', a killer EBM infused track made for the sweaty confines of the dancefloor’s fog-filled spaces.

After his seminal release, ‘Kaunas is the New London’, Lithuanian visionary Ton Globiter returns to Wrong Era with ‘Zur Xtasy’, an emotive, intelligent dancefloor gem. Once again, binding the Acid and Proto realms with elegant innovation. His signature metallic vocals rip throughout each track, accentuating the record’s enticing energy. ‘Yaze Gaze’ propels you into Globiter’s unmistakable percussion and flawless arpeggiated acid hooks. 
The slick  ‘French Line’ displays an innate gift for integrating his distinctive style into genre-bending production. Tasteful nods to late 90s breaks and Chicago-house sit within the depths of ‘Zur Xtasy’s’ tantalizing world. The endlessly infectious acidic flow of ‘Schweiß’ throws you into a mesmeric peak time hit where commanding vocals slice through. From beginning to end, ‘Zur Xtasy’ solidifies Globiters' ability to amaze consistently, pushing sonic boundaries with captivating, masterful skill.

F.U.R.O., an acronym for For Underground Ritual Only, is an Italian collective formed by two musicians, DJs and producers, in collaboration with the singer Kasbaraine. They have a strong
passion for EBM, New Wave, Industrial, and Post-Punk music.

The project draws its roots and influences from the imagery of the 80s and 90s Dark and New Wave, while also incorporating elements of club music. F.U.R.O.'s music productions and DJ sets
are characterized by solid drums, spacey synths, groovy bass lines, and scratchy distorted guitars.

Currently, they have released an EP on Raibano Records, a single in a Various Artists compilation on Nothing Is Real Records and they have two more EPs scheduled to be released in 2024.
Get ready to dance and immerse yourself in an atmosphere where darkness and light blend in distorted harmony. F.U.R.O. is more than just a musical creation; it is an invitation to explore the
boundaries of darkness and embrace the power of electronic music in all its nuances.

Creating moody and captivating ambience with an intricately woven net of frenetic drums is what Obeka does best and the monumental title track from his EP 'Temple Drum' on LOVE IN THE ENDZ is not only yet another example of his great skills but also a testament to how his Afro-Caribbean identity and childhood spent in Bermuda are now artistically expressed within the realm of electronic music. Velvet Velour is a solo project of UK-based synth diva Valeria Valuyskaya. She takes her inspiration from disco, electro and noir-synthpop carefully mixed with her ethereal vocals. She is the founder of Jardin de Bliss label that is focused on synth-based music.

Following the release of noir-disco inspired DENSE OCEAN single, synth-diva Velvet Velour returns with her EP of three hypnotic, bassy and minimalistic remixes from such producers as Facets, Panthera and Amarcord. 

The remix EP is going to be released on 25th of October.

Telos Tou Kosmou (Local Suicide & Skelesys remix)

Hexagon – the sixth installment of Samo Records' yearly compilation series – is here, bringing together six tracks that explore a range of powerful and intriguing musical directions. As always, they're excited to introduce a fresh set of artists to the label, each one contributing something unique to the mix.

Clouzer kicks things off with a driving EBM monster, setting a bold tone right from the start. Next up, Gunce Aci delivers a high-tempo, hypnotic hard-hitter. Then, Radondo takes us in a darker direction with a haunting EBM piece that blends atmosphere with intensity, creating a sense of eerie tension. Ton Globiter follows with a high energy of a track, infused with his signature vocals that give the track an undeniable punch. Dream Days maintains the momentum, keeping the tensity high. Finally, KMBN wraps things up with an electro-tinged, leftfield track, offering a surprising and experimental finish to the compilation.
