Propaganda Machine is the masterful beginning of this futuristic & cinematic tale, an intense sonic adventure with powerful basses and a superb vocal by Aves Volare as a hallmark. Sincopat proudly welcomes back the Brazilian maestro Renato Cohen who delivers a brilliant new EP for the label. Well known for his great stylistic elegance in the search for the beauty of the endless loop and perfect shapes. For this new adventure, he is accompanied by another great artist like Theus Mago, who adds the cherry on top of this timeless release.

We have "Say Yes" to start, which keeps us in tension all the way through. A modern funk piece of masterful simplicity. Theus Mago presents a superb remix that captures the essence of the original but takes it into his own personal style.

To continue, we have Piano Fix, an authentic sonorous voyage between styles with a strong Renato's characteristic flavour. A song with plenty of good vibes and great piano chords on the main drop that leads us to an exciting drop.

The female robotic voice in the breaks lets no clue, that you're on a flight through space & time, and the drop comes in like your spaceship hits Speed of Light: Powerful and with a Big Bang.

Louis gives us a more trancy vision, with slightly 90s influences and those synth melodies he likes. Sincopat welcomes back home Audio Junkies, one of the most prolific artists in terms of releases on the label. And we have another mastermind for remix duties: Ukrainian musical wizard The Organism. 

Revolution is the first chapter of the story. Audio Junkies demonstrates once more how to make all the pieces of a song fit together perfectly, a hypnotic musical journey from start to finish where all the sounds run like clockwork.

The Organism deconstructs the original track to turn it into something extraordinary and unexpected, keeping the original soul but giving it an incredible twist.

Another exercise of perfect shapes is Bidood, where nothing is missing, and nothing is left over. With a monstrous and catchy bass as the main character, it will be hard to get it out of your head.

Headed up by French-Swiss veterans LuLúxpo - the now Barcelona based Paradise Children Records ready a fresh remix on the label to celebrate their 5th anniversary. This is a re-imagining of the label head's classic track Nostalgia by the masterful producer Damon Jee; a fine and fitting addition to a label continuing to broaden smiles across global dance-floors. 

Nostalgia was originally released back in 2018 and remains a clinic in dramatic synthesis. Here, the lauded legend Damon Jee expands on a vast back catalogue with his take - in doing so, he soundtracks a memorable dance-floor moment, ripe with hedonism and illuminated by flickering strobes.

An 80s soundtrack vibe is channeled and is propelled by a throbbing Italo baseline, percolating sequences and hallucinogenic spoken word samples. Progress chugs on towards a dramatic breakdown which spreads its jaws before snapping back in to rapturous effect.

Zaratustra returns to Feinstoff with a pounding alteration of Front 242's Headhunter. The Paris-based DJ/Producer thrives in Indie Dance and Dark Disco genres. Lately, with his latest "White Magic" EP on Ulla Records and releases to come on the Parisian label Skylax Records, he has been blending rock instruments with electronic rhythms, focusing on 80s-like vocals and electric guitars. Other releases are expected on indie dance labels such as Quixotical Records, Mélopée Records, Nubians of Plutonia, Club Mackan … As a DJ, he likes to take the audience on a dark and mysterious journey.

A new figure sashays its way into Bordello. In one hand, a bouquet of carnations, in the other, a 12” record. Lauer. Philipp Lauer. Known for his incredible productions on labels like Running Back and Permanent Vacation, not to mention his collaborations, the German all-around good guy delivers four gems. The title piece radiates warmth, clean drum patterns giving way to beaming synth bars with vocoder lyrics bopping to the bass. Light hi-hats and a wet snare are the fertile ground from which choral key shifts break to squelching acid in this addictively diverse work. The energy levels spike, like a cork spearing its way from a champagne bottle, for the unbridled enthusiasm of “Frizzante”. Piano stabs, pulsating percussion and an infectious groove. The Summer sun may have set, but Lauer is still at the “Playa” with his playful finale. An off-kilter melody ebbs and flows on a string of rhythms, dreamy tongue-in-cheek synth play sailing this 12” off to the horizon.

Producer and label owner Marc Martinez Nadal better known as AFFKT has released on his own imprint Sincopat. Following in the footsteps of previous releases, 'Unchained' is a 4 track EP that encapsulates the essence of avant-garde electronic music and is inspired by the arrival of his firstborn.

Flowing from one track into another, blending the world of indie dance to electronica, they each tell a unique story. Yet each track intertwines with common elements to create a unifying project. ‘We are Shifting’ features a godly vocal sample from Sutja Gutierrez that compliments the utopian atmosphere of this driving groove. 'Bsoul' has shimmering pads with euphoric build-ups, 'Huarache' is characterised by a complex bass with acid-laced synths and 'Dust' a pulsating groove with a futuristic quality. An instrumental mix of 'We are Shifting' can also be found in the EP.

This reinterpretation of Depeche Mode's world hit "People are People" is MARHOLZ's first-ever edit in his relatively early career as a producer. With its positive, energetic groove, the track is perfect for putting the icing on the cake of DJ sets and getting the crowd singing along. Having just moved to Berlin, MARHOLZ enjoys experimenting with the indie dance genre while using 80s-influenced sounds and drums. Many more edits and own projects are in the starting blocks and are often accompanied by electric guitars and vocals. The release on Feinstoff is also emblematic of MARHOLZ Dj sets, which he likes to fill with positive energy and groovy basslines.

The new instance of the Kaputt's Dance series delivers four dance tracks from every corner of the wide club spectrum, each with its driving force. 

The first track comes from Mystery Affair, who has teamed up with Leonor for Get Fckd, a hypnotic bassline, swinged spaced elements, and vocals which make this song a never-ending trance. For the second instalment, the mysterious duo from Miami called Legs Benedict delivers a mushroom indie anthem called “Pele Mele”, great for a mindfulness dance. Straight from Europe, the mastermind Franz Scala hands over an italo disco dreamy force for the comp the way only he can do it. Last but not least, Peters & Pujol's debut on the label enchants us by middle eastern elements and invites us to indulge in an expansive ritual which rounds this third volume up nicely for the dancefloor.

It’s been nine years since Antoni Maiovvi released Trauma on Bordello A Parigi. Since then and before, the Bristol-born artisan has been honing and refining his audio craft with explorations into electronics, soundtracks and rock. Now, in his latest musical incarnation, Maiovvi returns with Birds of Paradise. This avian-themed four-tracker is beyond anything you’ve heard from this synthesizer wizard. Complex, deep and layered, the EP is testament to a talent rarely heard. From the sheer elation of “Flycatcher”, which pivots and weaves, the listener is taken away. Throbbing rhythms and astral melodies are unfurled, arpeggios rumble as key scale ever higher in the heady notes of “Widowbird”. A steady kick is the morning song of “Streamertail”, warm computer tones scudding next chords that trill with optimism. Birdsong, a feature of the EP, is ever present in this agile and textured close. Drawing on his predilection for movie scores, “Quetzal” completes this feathered foray. Pulsating drums offer the updraft for a spread of sounds and shapes to takes to the wing. A unique record from an artist soaring to ever greater heights.

Eitan Reiter brings a new dimension to this epic cover version of a 90s classic while DJ T. returns to Get Physical Music with a signature remix. 

Eitan Reiter produces and releases genre-crossing electronic and electro-acoustic music. He has done so for 20 years both solo and as part of projects like LOUD but also, famously, in collaboration with Sebastian Mullaert on labels like Mule Musiq. He is an experienced sound designer and mixing engineer who goes down a nostalgic route here and as a result, has cooked up a real party anthem. 

This new version of the 90s classic is defined by rave-ready stabs with talk box vocals that bring retro-future appeal. Acid lines weave in and out of the metallic drums as the famous chords and female cries arrive to blow up the club. 

DJ T. is on a brilliant run of form that has seen the enduring underground talent start a new label, new alias, and continue to serve up fresh tracks on the label he co-founded over 20 years ago. His remix totally overhauls the original. It is steely and stripped back to a muscular groove and peppered with dark hits and edgy chords. It's tribal and hypnotic and perfect for heads-down dancing. 

This is a fresh package from Get Physical Music which offers both nostalgia and futurism.

PREMIERE: Mundo D - Two Planets

One of Feinstoffs favs returns to the channel once more: Vhyce.

Andrew Armstrong is building a strong following for his new project, Daddy Squad, having launched the project just over a year ago with collaborations with Dita Von Teese, italo disco bears Hard Ton, house pioneer/ legend S’Express, and most recently Zoot Woman. Remixes have come from Lauer, Chinaski, David Jackson, Club Domani, Reznik, Mikesh, Boys’ Shorts and Hifi Sean. We Can Work It Out, released next month, is the first of three singles taken from his debut album, due later in the year. Previously Daddy Squad was half of electro-pop outfit Monarchy, as well as writing and remixing a host of artists from Blondie, Charli XCX, SIA, Dita Von Teese, Sebastian Tellier, Kelis, Kylie and more.
In this single, Daddy Squad goes solo with a muscular italo disco/ indie dance club track that has been storming the clubs in his residencies and DJ sets in Paris, London and Madrid. 

The instrumental was created in his all analogue studio, with touches of Moroder and Cerrone, while the vocal wouldn’t be out of place in a Chemical Brother’s track. Actually, the core of the track he started singing on his way home from the gym and rushed to the studio to put it down in less than an hour. It features Daddy Squad on vocals. Andrew says “All of the Daddy Squad tracks are about positivity, and growing, together. There is not going to be shady or diss tracks with Daddy Squad. This one is no exception, and it’s about working together, to better the world. We ARE going to work out all this bullshit we’re living through at the moment, the polarisation of politics, the violence and wars that continue around the world, the climate crisis. We will work it out, and it will get better”.

Remixes come from Vhyce and Mala Ika. Mala Ika is a queer producer and DJ, born and raised in Guadalupe, in the Caribbean, now living in Paris. She is part of a group of eight producers singled out by Beatport as “Beatport Next 2023” up and coming producers to be noted. Andrew said “An important part of the Daddy Squad project is to work with other queer artists and producers that are making amazing music. I’ve long been playing Mala Ika’s tracks, so it’s a real honour for me to get her on remix duties”. Meanwhile, Vhyce is a Belgium-based producer, who has a long history in music and has remixed people such as Purple Disco Machine, and released on Catz n Dogz “Pets Recordings” label.

Apollon Telefax brings his unique synth craft and vintage drum machines to a new EP on Sinchi Music that features solo cuts, a collaboration with Max Rockid and remixes from Jepe and Tallac.

Apollon Telefax is a deep-digging vinyl enthusiast, collector of music-making hardware, illustrator and lover of science fiction, nature, and surrealism. All of this feeds into his innovative musical output as he blends house, electro, Italo, synth pop and EBM into transcendent trips on labels like Disco Bump, Calypso Records and Epicure Records.

He goes it alone to open up this EP with 'Nineteen', a tough disco cut with cosmic arps and frazzled bass powering the voyage through the stars. Darkened voices are offset by ever-brighter melodies in this most vibrant of tracks. The fantastic 'Shine' is a collaboration with producer, DJ, engineer and Red Bull associate Max Rockid. Max is come Kazan, Tatarstan, he’s the founder of Rockid Sound Machine and has released on labels like Burning Sole and No Hlaf Steppin. This track is defined by a deadpan emo vocal as squirming leads burrow into the night and cold Italo synth sequences dart about the mix over tight drums and bass.

Berlin-based Portuguese talent Jepe serves up two remixes that see him push his sound as he always has before on labels like Diynamic. The first, a 'Nineteen' 303 Retake, is a cacophony of percussion, analogue drums and cowbells underpinned by lively acid lines and a slapping bassline. The second, a 'Shine' Refax, is more expansive, with big chords designed to get hands in the air and elevate a dance floor. Tallac, an American DJ and producer based in Berlin, brings his mix of house, disco and Italo back to this label, having appeared here before. His remix of 'Shine' is an all out explosion of colour and retro-future disco grooves, with steamy vocals providing the finishing touches in style.

This is another characterful EP of left-of-centre sounds from Sinchi Music and as always with this socially minded label, sales profits will be donated to the Sinchi Foundation to support indigenous peoples worldwide.

The release of the 'As Above So Below' EP further cemented You Man's growing reputation for creating deep club tracks that embrace everything from the deepest techno and warehouse rave to global sounds and disco vibes that take the listener to the very reaches of consciousness and beyond.  When the French duo invited Moderna to remix one of the tracks she immediately picked 'Third Eye', saying she "chose the track because she connected with the vocals and felt she could use them in a great way in the remix". After roadtesting the remix on more than one occasion, we can all agree Moderna absolutely nailed it. The remix is a proven -hypnotic- dancefloor heater.

 Like other duos, such as Daft Punk or The Chemical Brothers, Tepat Huleux and Giac Di Falco have been inseparable since they first met at their Calais high school in 1996, bonding over trips across the Belgian border to continue their education at Ghent's legendary warehouse parties. Damon Jee's Dust & Blood welcomes the Spanish maestro AFFKT with an energetic and dynamic EP called "Corcho" that packs a punch. The EP also includes 2 original tracks and a fantastic remix by the guys in charge of our previous release, the French master minds Kimshies.
Marc Martinez Nadal, aka AFFKT, consecrated a music career and has been a driving force behind a vivid and empowering sound that is refined by his drive for perfection. He feels in deeply in communion with sounds that range from the most energetic hyper-glossy techno to the most detailed and innovative indie-electronica. Having worked on coining the sound of this alias since 2008, it has been a plethora of sounds, places, persons and cultures that has provided a platform for AFFKT to experiment with his output. He serves huge electronic crossover masterpieces that derive into the many sub-genres of music via key imprints such as Pets Recordings, Multinotes, Mobilee, Last Night On Earth, Disco Halal, Needwant, Exploited or Culprit and his very own Sincopat label. "Corcho" is a strong incantation of the artist's early influences in electronic music. It's a rollercoaster of emotions, with so much dynamic range that it keeps the listeners on their toes from beginning to end. The track lets us travel to the dancefloor with intense sound design to create a high-energy. Overall, it's an impressive piece of work that shows AFFKT's range and skills.

Meanwhile, "Spider Charmer" is a crossover track that blends different styles and influences to create something truly unique. It's a futuristic piece of music that feels both fresh and timeless, and it's sure to leave listeners speechless. The main organic lead bass is hypnotizing, drawing the listeners in and holding their attention throughout the entire track. Let’s rave or die!

In the furthest reaches of the cosmos, the intergalactic community gathers for the annual Kutika Limbo finals. 

Reigning champion Latrec draws the first straw and the percussion rolls excitedly as he steps up to the pole. Kutika glides lithely under the bar, tentacles wobbling to the acid rhythm. He celebrates his victory as the crowd chants in a glitchy alien dialect. “Kutika-tika-tika-tika!” 

Second in line, Latrec’s younger brother Dub Mix steps up for his first limbo. Shorter and stockier than his brother, we don’t know what to expect from this one. Once again the percussion rolls, the crowd gasps as his squidgy exoskeleton melts before their eyes, reforming on the other side of the bar - ‘blooooop’. The crowd goes wild “Kut-Kut!” 

Next up is The W.C. Events take a strange turn as they forgo the competition, instead they walk to the stage to sweep the band aside, hijacking control of the instruments. Heavy percussive hits twist spacetime with material melting bass throbs. The crowd goes wild as the fabric of reality collapses around them. 

Last but by no means least is Remotif, a techno unit resembling a giant cluster of biceps stands staring at the limbo pole, chaos erupting around him. The tempo of the percussion rises in anticipation and acid thunder roars in the background. Remotif picks up the bar, blinks, and hurls it off into the furthest reaches of the galaxy never to be seen again.

Back from the wave is probably the most personal project of Fred Rodrigues- Carreira, French artist ,Dj, and Electronic music producer for twenty years. Influenced by new and Cold wave music and early post-punk bands like Depeche Mode, New Order, Norma Loy, Joy Divison or Talking Heads, he starts production with only a juno 106, a bass station and a sequencer. He started on two French techno labels, Goodlife (The Hacker and Miss Kittin) and Scandium Records (Paul Nazca and André Dalcan). He will also explore all the musical spectres under several aliases with different artistic projects. Passionate and curious about music, he naturally becomes Dj and performed in France and abroad.
His production is always dedicated to the dance floor, combining Electro, Techno, Syntwave, and Dark Disco like his Dj sets.
« Back From the Wave » project is a tribute to all the artists and music influencing Fred today. As the founder of the EFMR association, he has created charity concerts for local humanitarian organizations, which have allowed him to perform in iconic venues throughout the Grand Ouest, from clubs to outdoor festivals.

In 2020, he formed the duo Neowise and released several EPs on prestigious labels such as Nein Records, Ulla Records, and Midnight People.

His infectious energy and passion for music have quickly earned him recognition in the region. He is eclectic in his sets, and he enjoys adding a cinematic dimension to his music.

PREMIERE: Funboys & AckerMan - Be A Jedi

Having featured on the Riviera Disco compilation series, it’s time that Donald Dust returns to Bordello. This time the Scottish artist is back with a five-track EP in the form of Nausea. Bending ideas and styles, the Edinburgh producer serves a sample-strewn, italo-infected grenade. Hoarse vocals sully clean chords and percussion as arpeggiators grind and growl. Drum patterns stagger and stumble in the bleary-eyed house-streaked “Sick Your Own Mix” of the original. The listener is never sure where Mr Dust will take them, with influences and surprises coming in equal measure. “Noise in the Stairwell” is an electro stalker, bolts juttering and jangling in this work of vocoder-scented giallo funk. The styles continue to be melted into new sound forms on the flip with two versions of Jupiter Jack. The “Groove Mix” takes the staccato stabs of new beat and supercharges them with punishing percussion and a good helping of dancefloor devilment. Leading us into the wee hours of the after, the “Jupiter Mix” leans on the darker tones and rusted-up rhythms for a final body jack before the realisation that work starts in eight hours.

PREMIERE: Donald Dust - Jupiter Jack (Jupiter Mix) [BORDELLO]

Nothing Is Real jumps into the summer season with a different sound shaped EP coming from the talented Stuttgart based dj and producer Banali, which includes 2 brilliant remixes by the Mexicans Zombies In Miami and the German Jakob Mäder.

Banali’s debut solo outing opens up with the title track ‘Call Into The Void’’, a moody and muscular take on dubby electronic music that gradually builds tension and suspense throughout its almost seven-minute duration. The track is followed up soon after with a stellar remix from the mighty Mexican producers, Zombies In Miami, who bring the distorted and trippy synths to the foreground while decorating the track with additional percussions, effects and melodies. The result retains the driving momentum of the original while viewing Banali’s productions through a beautifully cosmic-disco perspective.

The EP’s second track ‘Waiting’ demonstrates Banali’s experimental spirit, as tricked-out sequencer arp and uncanny MIDI instrumentation compete for the listener’s attention. This is a truly original and mesmerizingly unique piece of electronic music, and proves that the producer has more than a few tricks up his sleeve. The Third track ‘Catch A Shadow’ wants to confirm the dubby-fingerprint of Banali’s productions with a main synth who drives into dark pads, twisted bassline and rolling drums.

Finishing off the release is the body-mover remix of the main track by Jakob Mäder, which slowly builds a head-nodding rhythm from chunky snares, punchy kicks and skittering hi-hats before a resonant bass wobble that bring us back to that new wave edge listeners associate with Nothing Is Real.

PREMIERE: Banali - Call Into The Void (Zombies In Miami Remix)

Although he is not a newcomer as a DJ and has been stirring up the nights in Valencia and Benidorm for years, Mennez makes his debut as a producer with "Smooth Transition". An EP in which the Valencian demonstrates his musical concerns, ranging from sounds closer to tech-house to indie dance and acid sequences, trying to capture the same versatility that he applies to his dj sets

In the remixes, in addition to Parissior, head of the label, with his dark and dense sound, we find a collaborative version of the Italian Futuristant and the Spanish Moo Moonster, who perfectly capture a mix of the characteristic sound of each one: Indie Dance and EBM
