A small but selective record collection of various live shows I mixed with many various artists and bands. All recordings are directly taken from the P.A. foh console main mix output.
I often recorded. Why? first of all for strictly personal use and benefits, listening afterwards, education, feedback, which is also great and helpful for the artists and bands itself.

Because of copyrights, I can't upload all recordings, so what you mainly find here are covers and tributes of all kind. 
As you can decide for yourself, some turned out really nice, others even unique or exceptional during magical moments, 
unfortunately i also captured a few less good ones, or as we tend to say  "OMG, deep shit"
but it's a shame just to delete them, some musicians are truly happy with every recording they can get, even if it's a less good quality one.
Several recordings are done recently and others are done more than 20 years ago when i started to love the magic of live engineering/mixing and recording at the age of eighteen.
At that time people still used often simple 2 track tape Dolby/dbx cassette recorders. (perhaps your parents still remember them, if not ask your grandpa)
It was fun listening and restoring them again after so many years, not all could be rescued and saved course, time did damaged (mostly drop-outs) those cassettes a lot.
