¡Bienvenido a mi mundo sonoro! Soy DJ y la música ha sido mi compañera de vida desde el primer latido. Mi pasión por los ritmos y melodías comenzó en mi infancia, y desde entonces, cada momento libre lo dedico a una búsqueda casi obsesiva de nuevos sonidos. La música no es solo un pasatiempo, es una forma de vida que analizo, disfruto y perfecciono en cada sesión.

Desde mis inicios, he tenido una conexión especial con el House, especialmente el Tech House, pero mi estilo ha evolucionado con el tiempo. Hoy, te invito a sumergirte en un viaje más profundo, donde el Deep House y las vibraciones más chill se fusionan con la elegancia del Jazz, la esencia del Soul y la energía del Funk. Mis sesiones están cargadas de trompetas, pianos, saxos y melodías que llegan al alma, reflejando lo que realmente me define como DJ.

Playing back-to-back with another DJ is a skill few people have. And we're not talking one-upping the other Dj with tunes they can't follow, we're talking about Djs that feed off each other’s tunes, energy and vibe to create a hands up, heads down affair. Jixo and Danz have made a career out of it, as the two Daniels (Jahed and Azar) work in tandem dropping everything from sunset deep house, Minimal tech, Indie dance, Afro to peak time Melodic and techno.

They've had the pleasure of sharing the decks for DJ heavyweights like Solomun, Black Coffee, Adriatique, Tale of Us, Marco Carola, Micheal Bibi,Jamie Jones, Sven Vath, Luciano, Ame, Carl Cox, Nina Kravitz, Artbat, Maceo Plex, Bedouin, Mochakk and Dixon. Regularly playing to thousands in big festivals and well known underground clubs every weekend such as Terra Solis (Tomorrowland), Elrow, Untold and Ibiza Global Festival, Techno & Chill festival. They’ve also played underground bastions of cool back in Beirut, their home city, including The Basement, Ahm, The Grand Factory, Uberhaus, 2nd Sun, The Garten, Five Island Festival and converted bomb-shelter club, BO18.

Jixo (Daniel Jahed) and Danz (Daniel Azar) have been child hood friends since school, with the tight-knit bond continuing into their first pub, bar and club gigs. Amazingly considering their packed DJ schedule, the DJ duo both work full time in Dubai’s thriving media industry. It hasn’t stopped them from taking international bookings, however, with Jixo & Danz having worked dancefloors as far-flung as Ibiza, Bali, Croatia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Egypt.

Musically, they’ve always positioned themselves at the deeper, groovier end of the house spectrum known for their trademark super-smooth sets, but are equally as comfortable taking it up a notch and dropping a tech-house and techno masterclass when needed. And with their back-to-back energy and peerless selection guaranteed at every gig, Jixo and Danz are proving that two heads (and four hands) is better than one.

Folder is a Lisbon - based electronic music label, founded by Parallelle and Mâhfoud, in 2025. Inspired by a nostalgic sensation of vinyl and analog music digging culture, they form a multidisciplinary platform where musicians, producers, and DJs collaborate to push the artistic frontiers. With Lisbon as its base, FOLDER aims to cultivate an international community where up-and-coming and established artists connect, create and exchange. The record label and club nights pay homage to house music with its evocative glimpse to music collecting and archiving experiences. FOLDER reflects the core aim to release the highest quality music that one would definitely keep in their favourite folder.
