BIO:
Roll Dann is a Dj & Producer from Madrid (Spain).
With only a few releases under his belt, AINE from Pole Group and 2 records on Modularz, the young producer quickly caught the SOMA team´s ears with his style.
Roll Dann keeps this firmly focused on the dance floor maintaining power and a firme flow of direction.
Roll Dann has been in contact with sounds since his father bought him his first mixer at age 12. With 15 years he was influenced by the harder rhythms derived from Techno, the Hardtechno-Schranz. 
For several years the raves fed his way of understanding the hard and destructive sound that invaded Spain between 2005 and 2010. 
In 2013 he moved to Berlin looking for the city of Techno and his best training. There he found a culture of unknown levels for him. For 3 years that conceptual Techno made sense and enriched it on every night of the city’s party while he instructed himself in the technical and technological areas. Thanks to this, he discovers new fronts of evolution, so he begins to worry about contributing with his own sounds. 
Once prepared, he returns to Spain to set up his own professional studio. In it he now invests all his time, dedicating himself fully to the construction of his sophisticated Techno point of view. 
His perfectionist character and the influence of what he has known, it ́s what always make him bet on very elaborate and professional jobs. 
Here his aggressive and rocky style is born but at the same time tender and enveloping.

We are very excited to present the 63rd episode from Brazilian sensation, Nicolas Vogler, featuring an hour of subtle grooves, rough synth work and an electrifying dose of that old school funk.

Nicolas Vogler’s fascination for music stretches back far into his childhood. Born and raised in Londrina, southern Brazil, his musical journey first manifested itself in an admiration for punk and rock n’ roll, which inspired him in his early years to learn guitar. As a teenager, he discovered electronic music through underground parties, nurturing a passion for techno that has only grown over the years.

Inspired by the dirty rawness of old school techno and the hypnotic vibes of more contemporary tracks, Nicolas Vogler decided to pursue his newfound passion by DJing at small events in his hometown. Today, he is a producer, gaining renown through his own personal label NCLS as well as through recent releases on groove-focused techno labels such as Syxt Berlin, Drawner records, Malör Records, ESP Collective, Hemisferio Barcelona and Secession. Played by techno DJs worldwide, Nicolas’ tracks can be found in mixes by notable artists such as Setaoc Mass, Ben Sims, Arkan, Norman Nodge, Insolate, Temudo, and many others.

Duplicity 063 | Nicolas Vogler

Over the past few years, somewhat mysteriously, @Volster has gradually become one of the most noted figures of the Croatian electronic scene, leaving his signature through production, DJing, event organisation and running a label imprint: @secessionrec.

The main subculture Marko was positively exposed to in the 90’s was techno, a style he has been practising for almost two decades now. As he was performing within and outside the Croatian borders, Volster gradually started experimenting and developing his signature textured sound leading him to sing and publish his work across his own labels and others such as Edit Select, @Vakum-Records and @northallsenrecords to name a few. 

To this day, Volster has performed all across Europe ranging from clubs to festivals like Dimensions Festival and Modem Festival which brought him to his most notable appearance and debut performance at @berghain in September 2019.

INSOLATE Out of Place, Bpitch, Symbolism // Croatia
A veritable powerhouse of the Croatian techno scene Insolate has been establishing a global presence as a DJ and producer for over 20 years delivering as both a label boss at Out Of Place and the creative force behind their electrifying TRAUM events. Hailing from Osijek, Croatia, on the wide Croatian East – a town that at first glance a heavy industrial atmosphere overshadows, she is making her first steps as a DJ back in 1997 before taking over European and worldwide clubs.

As a DJ, Insolate is well known for her no-compromise, pure-bred techno sets. It's clear to anyone who's seen her perform that she's an artist with a lot of experience but also plenty of inspiration and ambition, and a deep knowledge of techno. She is simply a natural presence in a DJ booth. If you've seen her play, you will know exactly what this means.

TEHOTU arrives in Berlin in 2015 and maintains his commitment to Underground by linking up with some of the Berlin night scene activists. Following a rave he organised for the famous 1st of May in 2017 in Berlin (Thousands of wild people in the streets of Kreuzberg) he starts a collectif called F5I and the raves called EXPOSURE taking place into a warehouse in the area of Jannowitzbrücke with view on the Spree. He starts as well a webradio called Droomface Radio with a concept of no promo, masked DJ in order not to influence listeners/viewers and mostly focus on what's important. Also Poducer and DJ, TEHOTU is interacting between passion and  his beloved Underground culture. The latter is, as a producer, creating dreamlike atmospheres into his timelesses tracks and also being spontaneous with a refine music. As a breathetaking performer, he's proving to every crowds in every single set how to combine story-telling with love, passion and a clear message. He's one of a kind that shares with the public and bring them to a real soul-searching about the essence of our acts. He's gonna guide you to a sweaty and euphoric situation.

He has shared the decks with Mariano DC doing warm up during last year. With more than 10 years behind the decks he's still digging into the deep hypnotic sounds with some agressive percussions to give the listener a journey through his cosmic sounds.
