After almost a week working all your waking hours in an office, being asked to step into another office is probably going to be a tall order. However, this is no ordinary office, this is Ng's office. An office full of the subtlest drum sounds, the dreamiest almost melodies, hypnotic bells and distant voices which all melt into each other the way the sun melts into the sea at the end of a long day.
The creator of Ng's Office, John Di Stefano has a musical background which is amazing, but upon listening to his creations, not surprising. An American Born, Japanese based percussionist who spent time in Indonesia studying music is always going to create something which takes in a multitude of influences and sounds fusing them together for our pleasure and this collection from Concentric Circles of early self released music, unheard sonic explorations and warmth is nothing short of (To quote Anthony Burgess) Gorgeosity and Gorgeousness made flesh.  12" out 5th July .

Hatis Noit and Kevin Richard Martin aka The Bug share their paranormal first cut 'After the Storm' via The Wire, ahead of their debut live performance at Le Guess Who? Festival in Utrecht on November 10.

The pair first joined forces during a Late Junction live collaboration session last year, resulting in four extraordinary pieces broadcast on BBC Radio 3 in December 2018. 

“Hatis Noit’s impressionistic approach, tonal brilliance and kaleidoscopic spectrum, evoked voices I had loved in the past. Whether it echoed the mood of Les Mystere des Voix Bulgares or the beauty of Liz Frazer, it even navigated the eerie spaciousness of Japanese Gagaku traditions that I enjoy so much, so I just knew I was happy to collaborate with her, as she had outgrown her influences and blossomed into an extraordinary talent.
