Folk Masti is an Indie/Folk-Pop band from Mumbai. A group combining Indie tunes with folk elements and has compositions which convey positive message from 'Real Life Stories' to society with their Mastiful beats. Each member has different tastes which makes the band's sound unique and catchy. Apart from that, their sound, of course, has some masti, some folk poetries, world music and lots of improvising.

Highlights of Band -
- We got featured on Music Mojo Season 6 show for Kappa TV in 2018. We have played 6 songs on the show and was the best experience being on one of the popular show. 
- We were Invited as TEDx Speaker in Pune and spoke on 'The Potential of Independent Music' in 2019.
- Our 1st Full Length Album 'Jadoo ki Chhadi' was produced by Crowdfunding Project where we have raised around ₹2 lakh.
- Also we got featured on Cover of Spotify's 'Fresh Finds India' Playlist on our latest Release - Kahaniya.
- Band has been playing across the Country from Public Events to Festivals to Prestigious Venues like Kala Ghoda Art Festival (Mumbai) , Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre(NMACC), Rann Utsav (Gujarat), Ranthambore Festival (Rajasthan), Prithvi Festival (Mumbai), Chikoo Festival (Bordi) etc.....

     Indo Gypsies, hailing from Mumbai, is a Folk/Fusion/World Music band. They seamlessly blend Folk music with a myriad of genres ranging from New Age, Western as well as Indian Classical. This exceptional quality managed to win them the Nationwide contest “India Fest Channel [V] Launch Pad 2013”. These folk appeal to a wide range of audiences across the country, captivating everyone with their engrossing music and colorful, vibrant attires rooted in Indian culture.
 
    They have performed an opening act for the Band Indian Ocean at prestigious Shanmukhanada Hall and were awarded as 'Tata Docomo Superstar Of The Year' for the same. They have also performed for many renowned Music Festivals. Their songs have been aired on various Radio channels, nationally and internationally too. Indo Gypsies were nominated for Radio City Freedom Awards and were featured in the Top Indian Folk/Fusion Artists by Planet Radio City 91.1 FM. Their documentary was telecast on the TV Channel City First in the show ‘Beat Street’. They have played for many NGOs and were honored to receive 'Responsible Youth Talent' Award by Rotaract Club for their song "I'm Sending India To School" for a social cause. They were also honored to receive ‘2013 Vocational Excellence Award’ by Rotary Club for their Achievements.
