‘Make My Way Out (To The Sun)’ showcases the pair’s ability to craft a dancefloor-filling Pop song whilst drawing influence from several musical backgrounds. The infectious track explores elements from the House and Nu-Disco genres all whilst keeping the duo's classic Disco/Funk influences as the driving force. Moving into more sonically lush territory, Ivy Eye and their new single, are constantly furthering their quest to take their Sound, Visuals and Persona further than what could be perceived as a ‘local indie band’. ‘Make My Way Out (To The Sun)’, is a prime example of Ivy Eye’s capabilities as a Songwriting Partnership, and desire to be a cut above the rest.
