a passion fanatic of heavy music since age 13. i tried the motown sounds at first, but realized that it wasn't what i was looking for. i listened to the sounds of grand funk, deep purple, steppenwolf, but all of them seemed to be missing something. i didn't know exactly what it was, because i'd never heard it. then, magically "the Wizard" passed by, when i heard black sabbath i instantly knew it was was what i was seeking. i evolved and conformed as times changed but stayed incredibally true to metal in most forms. (except l.a. glam) i was passionate about that too, i hated It!!! still do to this day! then i caught godflesh on their 1st u.s. tour. i really didn't know what to think of them. it was alien to me but i didn't not like it. then i heard "like rats" on a compilation cassette and dug it. broadrick has continued to amaze me ever since. i'm now suffering from metal fatigue being a geezer and all. but heavy electronic music has saved me, and i now listen to junga, 'ardcore, gabber, drum and bass,darkstep and of course just about everything that broadrick has touched (and that's a sizable library). the man has been light years ahead of everybody since napalm death. i collect  everything jk flesh and k-mart. love i'd love to hear from any other fans. update: i am now a HUGE fan of dark electronica and can't get enough!

Ando Laz

Multi-instrumentalist, DJ, Writer, Music Producer, Sound Engineer.

Ando began playing keys, strings, and wind instruments at a very early age before eventually discovering guitar, bass, and drums. His early influences were Classic Rock, Metal, Blues, and later falling in love with electronic music in the late 80's after acquiring compilation tapes with Deeep Heat '88 being the most memorable. 

After learning to spin vinyl in Cornwall in 1997 he spunked an entire two months wages on a set of Technics turntables and a Pioneer mixer complete with Concorde Ortofons, and a bag of vinyl whilst living in North Germany. having a ryhthmic and analytical brain, he took to it like a duck to water. With a migration away from Trance and Hardhouse in the early 2000's under the alias 'ANDY AWOL', he ventured more into Techno, Breaks, and Psytrance playing at illustrious events around the UK, Europe, Asia, U.S.A, and beyond.

Never far from a guitar, He has retained his passion for Rock, The Blues, and various other genres, and is constantly involved with various projects,  collaborations and events.

A few eclectic albums, musical concepts, and live projects are up his sleeve for 2025 and onwards, including  the launch of his own label 'HEX Records' and a new production style, which encompasses elements of Progressive House, Psy, and Tech House inspired by the likes of Maetrik,  Dosem, Stan Kolev, and John 00 Flemming.

Hobbies include (But certainly not limited to) Surfing, Snowboarding, Climbing, Bushcraft, Cooking, Geometry, Geology, and Travel.

Dislikes include (But certainly not limited to) Cheesy music.
