The Pilates Riddim is a sensual journey where movement meets music, crafted for both the mat and the dance floor. Each track transforms a classic Pilates move into a euphoric, double-layered experience — filled with playful innuendo, sensual imagery, and irresistible Caribbean heat.

From the teasing build-ups of “Teaser”, to the graceful power of “Swan”, the soulful roll of “Rolling Like a Ball”, the slow-burn intensity of “Roll Up”, and the flirty carnival energy of “Criss Cross” — this project moves like the body it celebrates.

Designed to make instructors smile and dancers sweat, the Pilates Riddim fuses deep bass, tassa rhythms, and island percussion into a hypnotic groove. It’s more than just music — it’s a workout, a seduction, and a celebration of control, release, and rhythm.
