Sofa King Sick IV is here! Our annual collection of sickness hits its 4th Birthday, with some of our favourite producers under one royal roof.

The previous chapters were huge milestones for Sofa Sound Bristol and the project continues to grow each year, with Adam Menzies smashing it once again with some incredible artwork.

The album welcomes established names like T>I and Kyrist for the first time, with label mainstays like Molecular, M-zine and Thematic, plus world exclusives from Industry and Serpnt.

This collection has been carefully constructed by our skilled craftspeople, keeping your sofas feeling and sounding fresh for the year ahead.

Definitely one of my favourites from the LP - it came together quite quickly and provides a little light against some of the moodiness of the other tracks. I made the majority of the musical and atmospheric elements from the vocal, using a combination of granular synthesis and heavy reverb. I love hearing vocals placed in big spaces, as it reminds me of the classical choral music my parents played in the house as a child.

We're stoked to introduce a fresh face to the label for our 200th release! We've been major fans of Minor Forms for ages, so it was a no-brainer to bring him on board for this milestone. His insane production skills and ability to craft killer vibes are on full display in 'Acid FM,' a track that's been absolutely tearing up raves and parties all year long.
Atmospherix - Pointless
Flexout Audio has always been about discovering and nurturing fresh talent. So, when you hear a name you don’t recognize on our label, you know it’s gonna be good. This absolute banger was spotted by label boss Tom Bassi after it dropped at Flexout's legendary London club night. It’s the perfect example of the raw, untamed Flexout sound. Remember this name – you heard it here first.

Since his debut on Transparent Audio in 2020 as the second artist to release on the label, Yannons has become a cornerstone of our family.
