Stepping up for the 26th release at your local Off-License, we have a brand new artist to the label, and one we have been keeping our eyes on for quite some time now, nonother than the Peurto Rican mastermind that is, Censored The Audio. Having found a firm home at a label that means so much to us, the one and only Incurzion Audio, we knew we had to try and get CTA to head up north and see what Manchester has to offer. This artist has shown time and time again how he can blend between DNB, 140, Breakbeat, Jungle, and everything in between, and sometimes even in the same track as this release will showcase. Not only has he shown this raw talent on Incurzion Audio, but also on Florida-based labels, LAFYTE Records and Back&Forward Records, and we couldn't be more pleased that he's chose us as his next destination. Without further ado, let us proudly present to you, the 'Native To The Sound' EP.

As the title suggests, this release is indeed native to the DNB sound which we all know and love, however, it wouldn't be native to Censored The Audio if he didn't put a unique spin into his production to show what a talented artist he truly is. From start to finish, this EP explores deeper sonics, but while doing so branches out into the experimental and cross-genre realms that not a lot of producers can pull off in such a way. Expect DNB, 140s, Breakbeat, and more from CTA as he takes you on a journey through his sound, showing just how much of a rising talent he is, and we can tell that from what he's released so far, that this is one producer who has an extremely promising future in front of him. We've said it before, but we'll say it again, if you don't know about Censored The Audio then get to know, you won't be disappointed.

After five years of planning, writing, and refining their sound, London-based production duo Kolectiv are set to release their long-awaited debut drum & bass album, Circadian Rhythms.

The project began in the aftermath of the pandemic, when the pair started setting aside tracks that captured the spirit of a night out at a drum & bass event. Their vision was clear: to create an album that reflects the variety, energy, and progression of a rave – from the first beats that pull you into the closing sounds that carry you home.

“Going out to drum & bass nights, you’d hear so many different flavours across six or seven hours. We wanted the album to follow that same arc – like a circadian rhythm, a natural flow of time, but in this case the cycle of a rave,” Kolectiv explain.

To achieve this, the duo placed a strong emphasis on originality and sound design. Most of the album was built from scratch using their own recorded samples, crafted through sessions with keys, drums, and guitars, and only dipping into external sources when absolutely necessary. Vocal collaborations from PAV4N, Hijak MC, Illmatika and Kerry Donnelly add unique flavour to the project, while carefully placed interludes tie the project together as a complete listening experience.

“This isn’t just a collection of tracks. We wanted it to be a journey – a cradle-to-grave kind of experience – with highs, lows, and moments to breathe.”

The title Circadian Rhythms captures that intention perfectly: an audio diary of a night spent immersed in drum & bass culture, told through Kolectiv’s trademark blend of technical precision and emotional depth.

The project also coincided with a complete studio overhaul, giving Kolectiv a fresh environment to finalize and mix down the record with a renewed sense of clarity and focus.

With Circadian Rhythms, Kolectiv deliver more than an album – they present a story, an atmosphere, and a tribute to the music and culture that shaped them.
