Fear of the Dark (Single Version)

Oxford-based Force of Mortality return in 2024 with their new album "Into The Abyss", which will be released May 20th, 2024.

This sophmore effort digs deep into their love of classic thrash albums of the 80's and 90's whilst adding their own distinct flavour.

​Formed in 2016, the EP "Reincarnate the Immortal" was released the following year, and supported with gigs across the local scene. After lead guitarist LJ departed the band, their full-length album, "New Dark World", was released as three -piece during 2020.

​As the world came to a halt during lockdown, they utilised their time to continue writing and to search for a new lead guitarist.

​Now a four-piece again, the resultant set of songs, full of blistering riffs and searing leads, will be released during 2024, with lead single Rise Above it All debuting on all major platforms on April 22nd, 2024.

Expect tunes to bang your head to, melodies that won't leave your head, and raw brutal aggression.
