We've all been through some negative experiences and had to struggle over emotions that caught us on the way towards true happiness..

Others taught us that the things in life that don't really matter, matter.. 
That hatred and negative energy are simply the part of who we are, but they're not!!

Understand that you're a never dying beautiful being with a much bigger plan, that you're the higher meaning/purpose.

Don't get caught by people who reflect materialism and their ego as their prime substance in life, they're the ones not progressing any further.
Don't get caught by emotions from your past, thus they're just experiences!
Don't worry thyself about the future, it's inevitable.
Learn to live in the present moment, live as the positive being you are and everything will make sense.
