From deep within the oceans of the Pacific, to the heights of the Cascades; from the vast forests of the Willamette Valley, to the bustling streets of the Rose City, the natural sounds of life in the Pacific Northwest have played their part in forming the style of Oregon-based Progressive and Melodic House artist Cendryma. Having grown up in this environment, amongst cold and moody winters, the stylistic tendencies of this rising American star naturally mirror these surroundings.

Deeply textured, weaving the sounds of rain, immense reverberations and atmospheres, and blended with captivating melodic passages; Cendryma's compositions have moved listeners equally as effectively as creating the movement on the dancefloor.

Having found his niche in a sound inspired by the likes of GMJ, Matter, Alex O'Rion, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, while also finding reference in the legendary compilations of the Global Underground and Balance series, Cendryma steers clear of conventional boundaries, opening up new possibilities with each passing release.

Cendryma's label Cydana Sounds has quickly begun to establish itself in the scene, with releases such as "Outside the Program," with Muuk' and "Connecting Dots," with Dimas Mixon vaulting into the charts with surprising aplomb and receiving countless accolades from colleagues and fellow artists alike. As a playground for his creative endeavors, Cydana continues to move from strength to strength.

Looking to the future, Cendryma is continuing to develop into a powerhouse name amongst the pantheon of Progressive House. Creating his legend one EP at a time, his next releases are already picking up significant attention and Cendryma will surely be a name you won't forget.

Vitaly Shturm marks his debut on the label with superb slab of progressive breaks music called Sensoria! As featured on label's Interfered compilation last year this one has definitely been one of the most wanted tracks off it and finally it gets released with remixes from an australian old-school trailblazer Narel and label owner Enlusion. Original version kicks off with an almost old school Crystal Method'ish kind of progressive breaks groove and ambience, instantly keeping us interested as this kind of music is super rare these days and Vitaly is one of those who keeps it alive. As the bass starts moving synchronously with plucked melodic outlines and quick FX samples we get into the main part where the magic happens as melodic patterns work so well that you instantly remember the good old times of the Global Underground compilations, stunning work by Vitaly here! Narel's remix is done in classic Bonzai kind of progressive house, he added his trademark touches of acid, thanks to his amazing set of hardware synths including TB-303, that one has definitely nailed this remix. Enlusion completes the package with his dancefloor oriented breaks version with a bit of psy influence.

Peter Steele is no stranger to Pure Trance fans, but U.S.A. producer Adam Lindburg just might be – a relative newcomer to the scene. Quite why the two fellows struck up their transatlantic (or should that be tranceatlantic?) musical relationship is info we don’t have, but what we do know is that If You Wait is a stunning piece of refreshing Pure Trance magic. Acidic arpeggiators, Balearic guitars and under-the-skin melodies are all present, but that sets this apart from the glut of dense, over-produced #138 fodder which dominates the current higher-bpm trance scene is the sense of space and atmosphere that If You Wait retains. A track that - thanks to its relative spaciousness - pierces the nervous system in the clubs (thanks to Solarstone for the feedback). Lindburg & Steele are flying the Pure Trance flag.

Wow, hadn't realised what a journey SoundCloud would take me on.  After many years of passive listening to music I've dieted on a variety of tastes. My appetite for new sounds is undiminished and SC provides plenty of food. I am not a musician and have only recently started to listen positively to the sounds.
