When I sinned, I did it because I was in pain. Some people do it out of hate and greed

I think it’s hard for someone who doesn’t have BPD to understand how violently your emotions can change in a short space of time. For me, at worst it can on a minute by minute basis

Like I can go from being really happy to wanting to end it and then back in the space of a few minutes

That’s not even a exaggeration 

It can be really exhausting 

It’s dangerous because we’re really impulsive too

I’m sorry to the people I hurt while I was hurting. Some of you lot deserved it tho

Hate is a great motivator

I forgot what it feels like to not be in pain

I miss my friend Saeed, he died when I was younger 😪

My head is a mess, I need to get therapy

People I loved hurt me my whole life, that’s why I’m crazy

Trauma messed me up

I’ve been through alot of pain in my life, in a way I’m glad because it allows me to empathise with others who have also 

I know isolation isn’t good but sometimes I have to stay away from people to get better

There’s been times in my life where I thought I was being paranoid and then it actually happens

You can spend your whole life studying and it’ll still be nothing compared to the knowledge out there

I don’t care if there’s negative things in music as long as it’s real, good music, not too violent or degenerate

I still remember the days when I had nothing 

This life is a mix of heaven and hell

I don’t care who you are or what you believe in, Just as long as your nice 

Some people think I’m a p*ssy because I’m nice, I don’t like being like this but sometimes I have to show them my bad side just to put them in their place

I have a lot of criticisms about healthcare system in the UK but I have to admit, some of the staff members here are angels. They’re absolutely amazing!

It’s feels like someone ripped open my chest but it’s all for the best. Jesus (AS) told me I was going to suffer this week

I only got diagnosed with BPD 2 years ago after I tried to run in front of a train

I know as a fact that I had it since my late teens

Jesus (AS) told me to remember who I was. Tired of giving myself to people that don’t deserve me.
