The title track „Not Enuff“ sees Format:B aiming straight at the heart of the dancefloor with a robotic percussion intro soon supplemented by on point, highly compressed bassdrums and hoovering big room signals which are paving the way for imperative vocal madness and a larger than life peaktime break. With „Nitro Circus“ the Berlin-based duo serves another massive TechHouse stomper meant to cause havoc on buzzing floors. Without a doubt the duo known as Dole & Kom have been an influential staple in Berlin's music scene for long. As a DJ-team they're looking back on a two decades plus history,  they've been active on the label circuit with imprints like BCC Music and Death By Disco since the mid-90s, have released tracks and remixes under their main and many covert aliases on countless imprints ever since and most importantly - they're about to drop their new „Pocket Holder EP“ on Formatik Records these days.
With „Mirror“ we see the Berlin-based pair of producers bring on some highly defined, yet well grooving TechHouse vibes for vibrant floors, getting everyone hyped through the distinctiveness of the tunes bass motif which is nicely contrasted by buzzing high frequencies and a massive Rave breakdown ready to destroy dancefloors with the sheer power of its blasting signals.
The title track „Pocket Holder“ sees Dole & Kom emphasizing on their sexy bass grooves again which are somewhat of a trademark for their production efforts, adding some slightly twisted, tongue-in-cheek elements, ever climaxing siren sounds and a slightly pitched down male vocal line that defo stands out in the context of every DJ set whilst the tune itself balances the thin line between Tech- and ElectroHouse... and a good portion of high octane madness as well.   
Finally „Smoke“ caters more sub-frequent sexiness and a certain swing within the TechHouse genre whilst warped bass tones and video game-resembling bleeps provide a bouncing foundation for micro-cut, ever climaxing vocal bits to get punters pumped for a spiralling journey into electronic music heavens.

Edgvr Romero - Unbelievable (Original Mix) [FREE DOWNLOAD]

Ends meet on this one. The Turin-based and highly successful Luigi Rocca, manager and founder of labels like 303Lovers, Hotfingers and Tuomotu, meets Arezzo's Luigi Gori, another Italian staple who has been releasing on imprints like Casual Lab, Recycle Records and Recycle Limited in the past. Joining forces in the studio they meet the Formatik Records-camp for their conjunctional label debut which is the „Meat Phil EP“, a formidable high octane outing and defo one to leave its marks on todays dancefloors.

The title track „Meat Phil“ comes in with a hefty, muscular swing balancing the thin line between House and TechHouse whilst providing some sweet filters in full effect, working through UK-infused vocal reworks whilst steering towards a high octane climax when reaching its full peak at the very prime time of each and every DJ set out there.  

With „For Sale“ we see Luigi Rocca & Luigi Gori taking a turn into darker alleys, amagalmating a pounding pump, ever rolling subs as well as highly defined stabs and sweeps with sharp hi-hat grooves,  precisely stuttering vocal cuts and large scale build ups to shape a powerful tool to be loved by many DJ's for long time.

„Shakerback“ sees the two Italian producers on a more Tech-oriented tip that weighs in heavy, highly compressed bassdrums and quite a few hints of good ol' humour as the two managed to warp and twist their synths in a pretty tongue-in-cheek way to come up with surprising raw sounds surely meant to light up every ravers day in an unexpected, yet highly functional way.    

Their track „You Get It“ lives up to its name and therefore we get a pretty explosive dose of
hard pumping House sporting a well discoid groove alongside the producers' trademark vocal abuse, thrilling drum rolls and big ass synth sweeps catering a maximum energy supply for every dancefloor in the world. Tune.

Tobi Kramer – a man, a staple, a tower of strength. What else is to say about a producer who is about to contribute his ninth single to the Formatik Records catalogue and has been with us basically since day dot. So here he is with his new „Topless EP“, delivering more high quality music for groove focused dancefloors.

„Topless“, the title track of his latest outing, surely caters to the needs of heaving crowds in motion, amalgamating a rolling, driving House groove with a super solid TechHouse foundation whilst raising tension with spine-tingling background strings before providing an ultimate relief when unleashing the biggest, most intense hoover signals you're about to witness on any dancefloor this year.

Furthermore Tobi Kramer tells a sonic tale named „Once Upon A Time In NYC“, switching up gears for the peak time posse and bringing on a good portion of ecstatic liveliness combined with intoxicating vocals and an ever evolving high energy bass motif providing loads fuel for nights on fire. Ready to make a massive entry step into and contribution to the Formatik Records family is the Frankfurt-based producer Daniel Levak, a new and upcoming talent on the rise which has caught the attention of label masterminds Format: B only recently and is defo here for more than only one single release. And his first single „Let's Go“ defo proves why that is.

The opening title track „Let's Go“ brings forth a clean cut, heavily stomping TechHouse groove alongside a sharp hi-hat swing as a main foundation for the tunes distinct, high octane bassline motif, trademark vocals and raw epic klaxon'esque sweeps best served in a context of four figure audience warehouse raves in absolute peaktime situations.

With „Feel So“ we see Daniel Levak provide more of his muscular trademark TechHouse pump, leading the crowd straight towards a first climax, introducing a spooky, pitched-down male vocal sample and a massive, highly seductive and well wonky bassline one simply cannot withstand when its blasting  at a heaving crowd right through a cranked up, fully fledged PA system. This bass is a war.

Coming straight at you with their second single for Formatik Records within a year are Kuestenklatsch, the Hamburg /  Germany based duo which have been making waves in the cities local scene with their pounding, highly effective and dancefloor functional variation of high octane TechHouse over the course of the past few years.

The title track „Break It Down“ is a prime example of the duos trademark style, bringing forth masterly sculpted bassdrums, a rolling low end, sharp shuffled grooves and a variety of sliced and cut micro samples leading towards a main part employing clean, percussive midrange synth elements with a clearly Rave-focused attitude to take crowds to a next level in terms of ecstatic dancefloor energy.

The follow up „House Party“ sees Kuestenklatsch on a more glitzy tip, merging their muscular TechHouse sound with distinct signature vocals, rolling bass craze and a sparkling main motif which will  set big room floors on fire within seconds, no matter if the audience is consisting of mainly underground clubbers or super hyped, glammed up ElectroHouse heads.

Fresh for 2020 we see long time friend and contributor Tobi Kramer making a comeback to Formatik Records with his new single „No Way“, providing new musical evidence and proof of how far his sonic evolution has taken this massively talented producer since he made his label debut back in 2013 – an astounding seven years ago.

With the title track „No Way“ Tobi Kramer explores the dark side of TechHouse, opening with hard hitting drums, a hefty build up and sharp, metallic percussions before a rolling low end hits relentlessly, accompanied by midrange focused sawtooth synths, acidic bleeps and an undeniably technoid attitude for peaktime abuse. Brutal.

Following up is „Aquarius“, the second cut on this single which sees Tobi Kramer on a hard pumping House tip, bringing on a seductive, shuffling groove, ecstatic, highly recognizable vocal sample, high octane bass power, drumroll- driven breakdowns and most importantly: a shit-ton of positive energy which is about to cause havoc on each and every dancefloor worldwide. Established in 2009 by Berlin-based DJs and producers Jakob Hildenbrand and Franziskus Sell, known, praised and recognized by fans and followers of electronic club music under their conjunctional moniker Format B, Formatik Records was initially installed as a homebase for the pairs own productions.

After their so-called Motor Funk-sound, a forward thinking take on pumping, straightforward, high octane electronic music represented both by releases on labels like Highgrade Records or Stil For Talent as well as an endless string of captivating live sets, had caught the attention of clubbers and media alike the pair felt the need to create a platform of their own that would grant them full creative freedom as well as unlimited quality control for a fertile and fecund future.      

Whilst taking care of the A& R side of things Format B teamed up with electronic music veteran Hawks Grunert on management duties, setting up an imprint that soon gained massive traction, became one of the major forces on the global club circuit and quickly grew way beyond the teams initial plannings and intentions.
 
With its core sound being defined by the powerful Motor Funk / Tech-Funk production of its founders Formatik Records soon became home and mothership for a vast array of likeminded producers and friends whose single releases are still rocking dancefloors all over the place.

Spreading the labels trademark sound further and catering towards the needs of an ever growing fanbase the label soon expanded and started to set up Formatik Records club nights and showcases all over Europe back in 2014, selling out  shows and leaving punters in awe whereever these nights are taking place.

Aside from carving out an in demand niche as club promoters the Formatik Records crew also started to take care of their artists bookings with their very own booking agency Formatik Booking which was subsequently renamed, restructured and relaunched in 2017 under the name of VIVID Artists which is now successfully handling things bookingwise for a good portion of the labels roster plus a carefully picked selection of other aspiring as well as well established artists and performers.

In addition to these musings the ever busy Formatik Records team established a second, rapidly growing musical outlet in 2017. Embracing a broader musical spectrum than its Motor Funk-oriented mothership, the freshly founded label FMK+ provides a home for a new generation of producers covering a wide range of electronic club music incorporating a musical spectrum including all things House, ElectroHouse, TechHouse, Techno and beyond. With more than 10 red hot releases within the first year the new FMK+ branch has received much love amongst DJ's and from an international dancefloor crowd and quickly turned out to be a launchpad for fresh, upcoming talent from all over the globe.

Branching out even further Formatik Records launched an additional subdivision in early 2018 – FormatikSounds. Focusing on the ever growing demand for high quality samples and grooves this specific and one of a kind label provides exclusive sample packs for DJ's and producers alike, starting operations with Format:B's “TechHouse Signature Cuts”, an acclaimed release which sees the upfront production team unveiling some of their best kept secrets soundwise, catering to the needs of every creator of contemporary club sounds of today.
