a wonderful album a few weeks ago - Sedna. I have listened to it every day
since it came out, it truly lifts my spirits. He kindly allowed me to sample it
for this track, for which I am incredibly humbled and thankful.

Two worlds, photography and Sound Art mixed together.

Analog photography, used as a means of orientation within a new collective human condition, intimately reveals a vitality forced into domestic environments where presences and absences interpenetrate and coexist.

The Frames
Photographs taken using an analog point-and-shoot camera loaded with 400 ISO Kentmere black and white film. The entire process of shooting, developing the negatives and acquiring the images was performed by the artist in his own laboratory.

The Music
7 short compositions based on repetition were born as a function of the image. The geometries and the superimpositions of the different planes intersect and interpenetrate, showing a vitality not yet considered. The music therefore tries to tell what is hidden but which somehow re-emerges, generating a loop of different states of being.

Claudio Rosa, visual artist, originally from Sant’Antioco, carries on his double research on visual perception and on the reuse of objects of mass consumption characterized by a strong geometry. His art seeks the spontaneity of a child's play but does so through a methodical, and even obsessive, semantic processing, apparently cold but deeply linked to childhood.

SANĀTANA aka Marco Salaris is a musician born in Sardinia in 1988. His music has its roots in Noise and Drone Music, developing and finding new trajectories more akin to Electroacoustic and avant-garde music. His creative process is articulated around the improvisation, listening and sound processing practices, typical of Electronic Music. In 2019 he released his first solo album "SANATANA" for the SUPRANU Records label.
