My first released mix in close to 5 years. Features mostly modern new deep/progressive style tracks with some of my classic funky jackin style thrown in, and of course my signature blend of dance music Dj/Turntablist that I'm known for.

This was all recorded live on a Pioneer DDJ-FLX6 at my studio(cough cough apartment...) in Portland Oregon. Yes, even the scratching.

Dance, connect, and play to the sounds of MoM, one of electronic music’s most acclaimed storytellers and producers. His attraction to Acid-House and FunkyDisco led him to turntables over two decades ago. MoM’s sonic quest is elegant, deep and anything but indifferent, but a hallmark of continuous discovery and good taste – perfect to celebrate and bring the whole crowd on an amazing ride through vibrations. The profound and exquisite ethnic elements acquires great importance on his DJ set and live set. In his pursuit of bridging music, technology and culture, he creates the band “Mosáfires”, formed by three musicians, where they fuse electronics with “Sephardic music”. Currently, he is one of the most outstanding Spanish artists internationally. He has published in Crosstown Rebels, Rebellion, DeNature, Underyourskin, Bar25, Still vor Talent, LDKHN, Cosmic Awakenings among others and he has collaborated with artists such as: Acid Pauli, Holed Coin, Alvaro Suarez or ANüT.

Representing the North West electronic music scene since the mid 1990s, Forrest Avery is a Dj with over 15 years of experience playing for audiences of all kinds. As a performer he has proven his ability to please a crowd time and time again, and is known for becoming a regularly requested act anywhere he makes an appearance. As a producer he has earned himself a spot in the crates of Djs all around the world by signing releases to some of the most respected labels in the industry. 

In between headlining events around the country as well as internationally, you will find him opening for major acts in his home town of Portland Oregon. Over the years he has shared the stage with many legendary performers including Kaskade, Rithma, Dj Heather, Miles Maeda, Diesel Boy, Phantom 45, Doc Martin, Derrick Carter, Wally Callerio, Dj Mes, Chuck Love, and Dj Swamp.
 
In addition to a demanding Dj schedule, he is currently the head of the Northwest based music label Serial Sickness, and a respected music producer. So far he has signed digital and vinyl releases to both domestic and international labels such as OM Records, Guesthouse, Flapjack, Juiced, Kinjo, Gourmand, Greenhouse, and Delicious to name only a few. 

Through his production, many years of dedication and unforgettable turntable laced high energy Dj performances that feature a variety of musical styles he has successfully established himself a global following, and Forrest Avery continues to be a name to watch in the EDM scene.
