Following the Electronic Streets and Tons of Moondust Reissue EPs released in 2022, this year Addex brings back another one called Back To Square One, a reissue for 2023 as the release number 57 on our label. Originally released in 2014 on Moonrise Records, the EP had the initial remix and another one with remixes for the title track. For this new release, the pack contains the original tracks plus two new: 2023 Version and a Short Version.

The 2023 Version brings more organic/deep house flavor with the original elements of the track, the rhythm and arrangement are different, more modern approach. From the middle of the track, we have a fantastic and continuously melody-driven sound blending as it goes through with piano notes for the perfect atmosphere. The original mix has been mastered a bit, more rough version, close to house style but more compact. Sliding Ice track brings less atmosphere but an all-in rhythm as the closing track, Only In One Place delivers a pleasant chill feeling with melodic senses.

All of the tracks have loads of positive vibes and there is a kind of relaxing atmosphere to the tunes. It is a great sound that should be included in the collections of all contemporary deep house.

We are excited to welcome back label regular Dilby with a fresh new two track EP this summer. The New Zealand born, Berlin based artist has been on the rise of late with a consistent stream of chart topping releases and support from the biggest names in the scene. The title track Modern Love is a deep brooding club cut which features the distinctive vocal stylings of Aquarius Heaven atop a tribal edged groove. Label heads Pornbugs turn in a stellar remix of Modern Love in their signature warm and atmospheric style of deep house. Underfoot, Dilby's second original, is a dubby, grooving minimal track that is subtly nuanced and full of warmth and syncopation. Moscow artist Dave Pad is up on remix duty where he lightens the mood with his upbeat deep house reinterpretation.
