Worship of the sun, the quiet madness at the moment of sunrise in Tokyo− The dazzle and desolation of adolescence in the metropolis of despair is refined into a euphoric, trancy soundscape.

Solace From The Sun is the long-awaited debut album from Ichiro Tanimoto, leader of Tokyo-based trance cult Minna-no-kimochi and
founder of the label Mizuha 罔象 @mizuha-cc, both of which are at the forefront of the neo-trance movement in Japan.

The album contains 14 blissed-out, post-rave tracks, including a collaboration with Silént Phil, a Russian electronic musician who passed away in 2021. The artwork is by Kazuma Watanabe, graphic designer for the Minna-no-kimochi collective.

As the sun sets and the sea gently kisses your ankles, you gaze into your glistening Aperol Spritz. ‘Dolce Cabana’ plays, as you sip and smile to yourself in the glow of the day’s end. Dolce Cabana is a continuation in the SOFT CUTE HARD world, made in the same breath but complementing the summer season succeeding eleu’s spring birth. Dolce is a true expression of eleu coming into her own and providing an essential summer anthem.

eleu is an essential part of the collective ‘LOFS’ alongside Number One, Oshi Moon, Jamie Genome and Adam Barnes. LOFS is a crew of multimedia artists, producers, djs and party runners (2crendsdeep), using the label imprint as a further extension of their creative output, a solace and a home for sharing their music taste with the world.
