This album is more than background music - it is the emotional core of the story. The OST captures the surreal atmosphere of blinding light, fragmented memories, and the constant return to "Her," the mysterious presence known as Katrina.

Each track mirrors the fragile perception of the protagonist, balancing between tension, fear, and fleeting comfort. The music is designed to immerse you in the same unsettling world as the game: a reality where trauma, repetition, and human fragility intertwine.

Through ambient soundscapes, experimental textures, and sudden bursts of intensity, the soundtrack carries you into the psychological depth of the narrative. Listening outside the game, the album becomes a standalone journey - a fragmented diary of emotions and lost moments.

Forwind arrives at release number 25 with a trip to the Norwegian forests. Rune Clausen’s “Tones  jul”  leads the listener on a sinister trail through the thicket with a foreboding set of tracks that come winter ready from subzero Norway.

Tones jul  follows up the moods from his collaboration with Anders Brørby, “Mannen Faller”, a tribute to the long gone Norwegian forests, its animals and people living there in both fear and joy. Rune's Forwind debut is a darker and more anguished piece of work. Rune’s first solo album under his own name, is musically and thematically influenced by Norwegian folk music, ambient, ambient black metal, the rough and dark fates of 19th century people.

Laure Boer combines the expected and the unexpected. As much music as ritual, performance as spell, Boer fittingly describes her sound as ‘witchtronic’. Out of sonic abstraction emerges a system of beat, chirrup and hum, then from nowhere a voice, singing or reciting in her native French. Coming from a musical family (her mother and father were opera singer and choir director, respectively), she directs her instruments–a sprawling table full of small wooden utensils, clattering metallic objects, and stringed artefacts–to perform, pushing them into strange shapes, odd contortions, and sometimes startling beauty. Boer also works extensively in the visual arts, and has collaborated with, among others, visual and performance artist Yan Gi Cheng, musicians such as Benjamin Geyer, Igor Titenko’s Radio Vostok, and San Diego’s SKRAPEZ, with whom she released a split 8” in late 2018. Recently the Musicboard Berlin granted Laure Boer for a two-month-residency in Manila hosted by WSK, in cooperation with CTM Festival and the Goethe-Institut.

Splinters as a composition has a dream like quality, dark and enigmatic. Electronic noise colours the drone and bubbling soundscapes of a somewhere. Repeating musical phrases mix with recognisable sounds from life - a spoken utterance, a rumbling train. As a listener you drift with the current through misty scenes, on a journey down a river towards some marshland on the edge of an urban sprawl.

Made in response to an invitation from TACO! - an artist space in Thamesmead in South East London - Splinters documents Kate Carr’s relationship with that space, and the area of London it is located in. Over an 18 month period Kate kept a growing sonic diary of her journeys to the space from her home, her construction of work in the gallery, her wanderings around the green spaces and urban architecture, the coming and goings of visitors and the artistic material from other artists and musicians working at the space. This work is a sonic portrait of a time and a place, and the actions and events within it.


Splinters includes audio samples from concerts and exhibitions held at TACO! Featuring material from live sets by Liz Helman, Tom White, Rebecca Lennon, Pouya Ehsaei, Jonathan Higgins and Hannah Dargavel-Leafe, and audio material from the exhibitions Scratch! by George Barber, and Heavy View by Laura Yuile.
