Blending the raw soul of African rhythms with the sleek, futuristic textures of Berlin-style techno and indie electronica, the project is a sonic exploration of identity, freedom, and movement. Each track is a coded message—a story told through synths, reverb, and emotion, bypassing fame to focus on pure connection.

DJ JustDru formed a name amongst the twenty four hour ragers at the renowned Plett Rage Festival where he has held residency for six years and has since then become a regular performer and DJ-in-demand creating his own brand of electro-house mash-ups. Aside from being the resident DJ at the hot summer seasonal VIP nightclub and guest DJ at Zanzibar, JustDru has played at EDMF (Electro Dance Music Festival) in South Africa, many Mixlab events and has opened for noteworthy acts such as: Locnville, Good Luck, Goldfish, Jack Parow, Chunda Munki and Roger Good. Currently JustDru holds the residency for the popular event Get Lucky Summer. 

While studying his Diploma in Sound Production in London he got to experience and learn from some of his DJ heroes like: Demitri Vegas, Mike and Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren and Afrojack. JustDru’s mash-ups and mixes are all created from scratch. He gets a kick out of mixing live, reading the crowd, getting lost in his own music and his mash-ups has thousands of plays on SoundCloud. His unique ability to work with many genres, mixing them up has helped his popularity and flexibility from big beach events to festivals and smaller house parties and Clubs.
