Your imagination is a powerful inner resource that can be utilised to enhance the rehabilitation process in injury recovery and assist a positive return to dance and performance. Your body has natural healing processes already in motion whether you apply visualisation or not.  If you involve yourself in your rehabilitation to the fullest you can enhance your body’s natural healing ability and support your recovery.

It is important to be fully committed to recovery to achieve best results, therefore, taking full responsibility for your rehabilitation and the willingness to nurture your rehabilitation procedure.  To start with it is essential to find positive meaning and benefits of going through the rehabilitation procedure this allows you to respond most successfully to treatment.

This is a transmission to embrace the incoming energy stream of the Solar Eclipse. A Solar Eclipse is a sacred alignment of our Sun, Moon and Earth.

We will be receiving these frequencies into our being as we are given the opportunity to let go of an older reality paradigm - karmic patterning, energies, belief systems - and embrace a new incoming stream of light codes, frequencies, opportunity, expansion.
