Detroit legend DJ T-1000 lands on Radio Slave’s Rekids Special Projects, backed with a remix from Hertz Collision.

DJ T-1000, aka Alan Oldham, is a multi-talented artist, label owner and graphic illustrator who has taken his unique techno visions to the world's best clubs and labels since the ‘80s. He has helped to showcase theMotor City sound worldwide, with acclaimed releases on vital electronic imprints such as BPitch Control,Tresor, and his own labels Pure Sonik Records, Generator Records, and Xfive.

He kicks off his EP for Radio Slave’s imprint with 'Klendathu,' a well-swung, high-pressure techno track with supple drums and fizzing synth stabs. It's stripped back and perfectly designed to hypnotise. Fresh from killer releases on Truncate and CLR, Hertz Collision flips 'Klendathu' into a kinetic and energetic cut with darker bass, fierce vocals, and a tangible sense of tension.

'Functionality' brings trippy synth loops and belting drums together, custom-built for strobe-lit dance floors. The superb 'Hood Tactics' follows with deep kicks, hard hits, and pulsing leads. The atmospheric and reflective 'We Shared A Moment' is a slower affair with emotive synths, airy vocals, and smooth rolls to round out another standout release from both DJ T-1000 and Rekids Special Projects.

We premiere new music from revered house producer José Cabrera as he releases his Le Bateleur LP on his A Harmless Deed imprint. We feature ‘A Track for Clau’, a Detroit-laced house groove that is rolling in futuristic funk.

Accomplished Spanish artist José Cabrera enters a fresh creative chapter with the new album Le Bateleur. The storytelling and hugely personal record arrives on his own A Harmless Deed label and is a deep dive into the house music he has always loved.

Over the last two decades and under several aliases, Madrid-born Cabrera established himself as a leading techno producer. He has released influential labels like Fred P’s Soul People Music, Tresor, Deeply Rooted and Ron Moreli`s’ L.I.E.S. records and co-runs A Harmless Deed with friend Damian Schwartz. As a DJ he has toured Europe, Asia, North and South America and proven himself to be an experimental DJ with a long-standing residency at Tresor in Berlin.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, Cabrera felt detached from the techno world so used his time at home to explore new sounds. He has always had a love of house so set work on making a proper house record in the mold of greats who went before. He worked with other musicians and vocalists, made use of an array of Roland drum machines, Juno synths and Casio keys to cook up a raw and authentic sound and drew from a wide range of the back music that has soundtracked his life. The resulting album is packed with life and energy, skits from friends and timeless grooves.

‘Track For Clau’ is a hyper-speed future house groove that is bursting with bumping kicks, bouncing bass rhythms and busy synth arps bringing the light to a glossy uplifting house record. This has all the makings of a classic Detroit record, with a new-groove polished finish.

Established by Bønehead in 2021, New Delhi based community driven record label, magazine & internet radio - Bøne.FM presents the label’s debut compilation with the effort of artists from around the world showcasing their most ambitious work. Being a genre fluid label the V/A goes from progressive ambient to bass fueled club tracks, melodic house tunes and some experimental work in between. This makes the listener’s experience a quite fulfilling journey.

As TMPST, Pakistani producer Asfandyar Khan has been making music since 2012, and has been a mainstay of the country’s electronic music scene. Previously a part of Karachi’s breakthrough electronic music collective Forever South, he has six releases under his belt, including on labels such as Otomo Trax, Cape Monze Records, and Divine Intervention. His latest release, ‘Burn Everything’, weaves between harsh, industrial sounds and his penchant for inducing his techno with just the right amount of fun.

"Expressway is a track inspired by the constant movement of a city like Karachi - relentlessly modulated and churning and consistent. Though Karachi shows up a fair bit in most of my techno, it does so differently than this particular track, where I focused more on subduing the harshness of life in a metropolis and focusing more on the undulating, ever-evolving movement of life. "

We are finally back with another release ! This time we bringing you City Sounds Vol.1 EP from our dear friend & brother DEMIAN.

Dj & music producer DEMIAN aka Ariel Me Llamo, formerly known as “P. Lopez”, is one of the pillars and pioneers of the Paraguayan music scene.

Throughout his career, he has developed projects like LPZ, Sequence Club and Fin Del Mundo, which have greatly influenced the growth and expansion of diverse forms of musical expression in his country Paraguay; his work becoming a legacy and inspiration to many generations.

Aside from avidly playing all over his country, he has taken his sounds around the globe (Berghain/Panorama Bar, Unter, Boiler Room, Else to name a few) and has released on labels like Aeonic & Counterchange; longside creative collaborations with artists worldwide.

He currently runs Tango nightclub in Asunción, oriented towards techno music; and is also part of projects such as the eclectic Inbetween Label & the Latin-Pop band Yukka, also producing house and hip hop on his side projects as Demian and B.H.S.

With great versatility, he continues to evolve and expand the confines of his sounds andconstantly encourages the exposure of works from established and emerging artists.
