Morning Light is the new 7-track EP by Naarm/Melbourne (AU) producer Prizefight, featuring 4 originals and 3 remixes by the likes of Naarm favourites Sam Alfred, Cybernet and STÜM. Inspired by a music festival at sunrise, the EP is a gorgeous arrangement of trance and techno cuts that raises the bar for the Naarm New Wave with thoughtful songwriting, immersive production and a distinctly unique sound. Touches of influence from dub and 2-step can be heard throughout the release as Prizefight tastefully utilises these elements without being obvious or overpowering. Closing the release - Sam Alfred, Cybernet and STÜM apply their club masteries to the originals, serving remixes that take the journey of Morning Light to higher ground.

'Feels Like Home' paints dub and future garage motifs against trance inspirations and techno formatting, creating an especially unique sound that's equal parts emotional and energetic. A low glide synth swings its weight below as rounded rimshots knock, before making way to choral vox synths that set a dark and dramatic tone.
