So here's a super mega ultra sneak peek at a project I worked on for two week straight but then school kinda took over my life so I couldn't really work on it. BUT....I wanted to do an orchestral arrangement of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening's "Tal Tal Heights." So I had posted a sneak peek previously but since Christmas is in a couple of days I wanted to share this track even if it hasn't been completed yet. 

So....as for the song, I mashed up two of my favorite songs. Well, I suppose not really mashed up, but you'll know what I mean when you listen. So the first part is Tal Tal Heights from the original Gameboy version and then the second half is the Dark Overworked theme from A Link to the Past that I've always wanted to score. 

As for instruments, I literally used three libraries: EWQL Symphonic Gold, 8dio Claire Woodwinds, and Cinesamples' Hollywoodwinds...and of course some percussive instruments from the Logic Pro X library. But anyway, so tons of hours have been poured into this project with meticulous attention to detail and sounds. Anyway, enjoy jibber jabber! Go and listen and get lost in Nostalgia-land!
