Recent events in my life have brought me much despair personally. People that are close to me know my story. I am not going to get into details, but I had a work accident at my day job last year. It left me changed and unable to do all the things that made me complete in life. Thanks to music and writing, i have an outlet to express my feelings and keep me some what sane. This song or should i say text was written in a moment of sorrow. I thank all my close friends and family for all the day to day support. A nervous breakdown can happen, we need to speak out and ask for help. Talking about it is the first step to recovery.
