Dust Bowl Blues

Decided to pack it in Friday Dec.15th/2017 for retirement and the wierd part was when I got home there was a present on my porch all wrapped for Christmas and in a plastic bag to keep the snow off it!! Read the card first and it say's quote~Happy Retirement I want you to be Happy,Maybe this will be a start...Love You~ No signature/name even on the box from were it was sent from!! All torn off!!! I would really like to thank the person for this but no clue who it might be....This is what was in the parcel so had a jam with it and just love it!! First take but have time to get better :D

My track was a simple intrumental and she brought it to life with her sweet voice and sound effects. She also had the idea for the lyrics and story to the track.

'Dreamers' is a track that can best be described as a 'challenge accepted'. Jerry spotted an opportunity on Songtradr and asked if I was interested in creating something for it.  We had to create something similar to Beach House's 'Myth'. The only thing was, we had way less than a day to get this done, and I was only just getting my voice back after losing it through illness. So this is what we came up with, and submitted it with 3 mins to spare. Hope you enjoy our creation and thanks so much to Jerry for getting me to sing again :) Peace and love x

And now for something completely different. And what a perfect day to release this but on......Friday the 13th. Picture this, a woman walking late at night. It's dark except for a few houses around this dark street. She hears footsteps, then the whisper of a man saying.....I'm coming for you...I'm right behind you'. She then runs from house to house, knocking on doors and windows for someone to let her in and help her. Now she starts running while you can hear footsteps coming closer and louder.
That was fun doing it. I know, I know, I'm not an actress but tried to make it as convincing as possible. But Joé  got it right with his scary whispers. I guess, I'd be more convincing if there was a....big....bad....scary guy.....behind me.......aaaaaahhhhh. 
Was happy to collaborate with the very talented Joé  Johnston once more.
