모터슨님 영상을 위해 쓴 트랙입니다.

귀여운 느낌의 애니와 어울리도록 피아노와 동글동글한 사운드의 신스로 시작하여 전투장면으로 이어지는 부분에서 일렉기타가 연상되는 샘플을 사용해 약간의 박진감을 더했습니다.

또한 더빙 및 효과음과 과한 간섭이 생기지 않도록 과한 빌드업이나 튀는 리듬, 멜로디 없이 작업하였습니다.

This track was written for Motersn’s video.

To match the cute, anime-like atmosphere, it begins with piano and rounded, playful synth sounds, then transitions into the battle scene using samples reminiscent of electric guitar to add a touch of excitement.

I also avoided excessive build-ups, flashy rhythms, or dominant melodies, so as not to interfere too much with the dubbing and sound effects.

이세계에 가면 안되는 이유 (모터슨 채널 사운드트랙)

나주시 공식 콜라보 영상을 위해 작업한 트랙입니다.
오페라 '사랑의 묘약'의 공연 홍보 영상이었기에 해당 오페라의 원곡 '남 몰래 흘리는 눈물'과 둘까마라 테마를 재즈오케스트라로 편곡하였습니다.

고전 미국 애니메니션의 사운드를 일부 차용하여 스테이지의 자연스러운 공간감을 주는 방향으로 믹싱을 의도했습니다.

나주문화예술회관으로 줌인하는 장면은 오리지널 영상 '도와줘요! 함박아 해병님!'과 거의 동일한 구성을 갖추되 스트링을 활용하여 보다 원곡 재현에 충실하고자 했습니다.


This track was produced for a collaborative video with Naju City.
Since it was a promotional video for the opera L’elisir d’amore (The Elixir of Love), I arranged the original pieces Una furtiva lagrima and the Dulcamara theme for a jazz orchestra.

I incorporated elements of classic American animation sound design to create a natural sense of stage space through the mixing.

For the zoom-in scene on the Naju Culture & Arts Center, I kept a structure almost identical to the my original YouTube animation "Help Me! Mr. Hambaga!" but emphasized strings to stay more faithful to the original opera.

돌아와요! 둘까마라 약장수님! (Help Me! Mr. Dulcamara!)

입으로 해야 지나갈 수 있는 방의 사운드트랙입니다.
90년대 디즈니, 픽사, 드림웍스등이 연상되는 사운드를 의도했으며, 영상의 시작, 중간과 끝의 휘슬+첼레스타 조합으로 해리포터 사운드트랙을 편곡해 비슷한 느낌을 내어 해당 영상의 패러디성을 강조했습니다.

켈베로스가 헐떡거리는 타이밍마다 첼로와 베이스로 불협화음을 내어 생존의 위기감을 표현하였으며, 후반부의 템포를 점차 가속시켜 3인방이 절정(그 절정 맞음)으로 치닫는 느낌을 시청자가 함께 느낄 수 있도록 의도하였습니다. 절정의 끝 부분에서는 브라스와 스트링으로 켈베로스의 환희가 지배하는 분위기를 의도하였습니다.

The sound was designed to evoke the feel of 1990s Disney, Pixar, and DreamWorks, with whistle and celesta motifs at the beginning, middle, and end of the video—arranged in the style of the Harry Potter soundtrack—to highlight its parodic quality.

Every time Cerberus pants, dissonant notes on the cello and bass emphasize the sense of mortal danger. In the latter half, the tempo gradually accelerates, allowing the audience to experience the same rush as the trio as they push toward their climax. At the peak, brass and strings dominate, creating an atmosphere of Cerberus’ ecstatic triumph.
