Bio:

Jacob Waxman is Melbourne-based Canadian producer, DJ, composer, and mixer who crafts rich and vibrant, forward-thinking dance and ambient music under the moniker Waxman. He also works as a composer focusing on atmospheric and ethereal scores for TV and film. Waxman has had his music supported on the world stage by the likes of John Digweed, Nick Warren, Solarstone, David Hohme, Gai Barone, and many more. With recent releases on Pure Progressive, Maldesoule, Where The Heart Is Records, ICONYC, Magnitude Recordings, and plenty more on the horizon, he’s carving out a niche for himself amongst the up-and-comers in the progressive and melodic house scenes of Australia and the world.

I was born in Brantford Ontario Canada July 11th 1963,
I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.

I enjoy working with DJs, Composers, Beat Makers Song Writers Hip Hop Artists from all over the world 🌍
