just writing songs in my spare time and posting the demo's here

I'm old enough to have witnessed the  emergence of early electronic music by the likes of Isao Tomita, Tangerine Dream etc and this fascinated me as a teenager, never dreaming that such technology would one day be available to individuals like me. I've enjoyed a number of musical collaborations with musicians and songwriters around the world, a couple of which are featured here, but my current interest lies mainly in creating cinematic soundtracks; always searching for that big screen sound redolent of Zimmer, Newton, Howard, Horner et al. Of course I have yet to succeed and probably never will but I'm learning a lot and having fun along the way! 

For the technically curious current tools include (but not exclusively so) Cubase DAW, Spectrasonics' Omnisphere 2, Air's Hybrid 3, EWQL Symphonic Orchestra Gold, EW Symphonic Choirs, EW Stormdrum 2.  Spitfire Albion ONE, Sonuscore The Orchestra, Best Service's Shevannia all under Kontakt. Plus various 3rd Party VSTs/AUs on Mac platform.
