Nicolas Quiroga a.k.a Vox Populi is a Bolivian DJ from La Paz, who heads and directs several artistic projects. And the general director of HEARec La Paz Bolivia His music is a subtle and eclectic mix of various genres related to breakbeat, techno, new wave and indie but he is also a big fan of metal, jazz, rock and more experimental stuff.
Nicolas is the creator and president of SGCADE (Society for Collective Management of Digital and Electronic Arts) and partner/director of RCA, the only electronic music club in La Paz.
