I believe that a good morning ritual can set the tone for the rest of the day, and I hope that this track will help you find your own inner peace and balance.

My morning routine usually consists of waking up early, enjoying some quiet time to myself, sipping on a cup of fresh ginger or turmeric tea, and engaging in activities like swimming, running or reading a book.

I find that this routine helps me start the day with a calm and focused mindset.
