Ahoi! 1 Fest steht vor der Tür! Geht mal wieder Wäsche waschen! Happalé and Friends heute mit Sandoval, dem Wäschereibeauftragten eures Vertrauens. 

Eine sich stetig wandelnde Landschaft des House und Techno, ein spürbarer Einfluss von Garage und eine Prise Jungle Sounds, sind perfekte Zutaten für eine saftige Partymischung für den in Mexiko-Stadt geborenen DJ und Produzenten Sandoval.
Von klassischen spät „90er“ Vibes über komplexe Rhythmen zu farbenfrohen Melodien - seine Sets und Produktionen nehmen alle Tanzfreudigen mit auf eine Reise durch seine vielfältigen Einflüsse.
Eine kleine Kostprobe seiner hausgemachten Klangexperimenten kann man ganz zu Beginn des Sets genießen. Prost!
Aktuell wohnt Carlos a.k.a. Sandoval in Dresden und ist seit 2020 Teil der Reine Wäsche.

Listening to Sandoval's ( @el_sandovas ) sound and knowing him, you can very well imagine how a 16-year-old Mexican boy got to know and love progressive house and trance in youth clubs in Mexico City - his mix is a point in case for the proggy sound that‘s currently populating dancefloors across the globe. 
His mix elegantly flows between meaty tech-house, soft deep house and, as mentioned, fist-bumping 90s prog.

Wenn man den Sound von @el_sandovas und ihn kennt, kann man sich gut vorstellen, wie ein 16-jähriger mexikanischer Junge Progressive House und Trance in Jugendclubs in Mexiko City kennengelernt hat - sein Mix ist ein Beispiel für den proggy Sound, der derzeit die Menschen auf den dancefloor bringt. 

Mit seinen eigenen Worten:

Over the past few years, Carlos has established himself in the Dresden subculture and electronic music scene as a former member of the DJ collective Reine Wäsche and a contributor to the Chimaera Festival. His alias DJ Pommes might not be taken seriously at first, but absolutely serious are the finely selected beats, the broad smile, and the love for heavy tunes.

At fragmented: backyards No. 5, our residents Hannie Phi and beltøn (alias spårvår) teamed up behind the decks for the very first time.
In a two-hour journey the duo navigated a dynamic flow —from dub-infused tech-house grooves to more progressive textures. With a sense for atmosphere, they crafted a danceable experience filled with energy, rhythm, and uplifting vibes. Hannie Phi b2b beltøn, a story that has to be continued!

ACTANT is a New Zealander living in Dresden dedicated to abstract, dark, heavy techno. He began DJing at the tender age of 16 and moved through drum and bass and hard house before settling into the funkier sounds of house and boogie. For many years he held residencies in clubs around New Zealand playing jazzy and deep house music but always harboured a lingering passion for the techno sound. Upon first moving to Germany a few years ago, a trip to Tresor acted as a powerful conversion experience, cementing his commitment to the genre and catalysing a continuous flow of creative output. As well as his own SCAPE mix series, he also created the DYSTOPIA podcast series which profiles and interviews leading techno producers and also co-hosts the intense HYPNOSIS club night.
In his contribution to our fragmented:select series he takes a deep dive into dark and driving techno. Strap in and loose yourself in the music!

Jun.Choi is a dynamic house / techno DJ based in Berlin and Dresden, known for blending diverse groovy styles that resonate with the local energy of these cities. With a focus on creating an inclusive atmosphere, Jun.Choi emphasizes self-expression through music, welcoming people from all walks of life. They have became a staple in techno / house scene, performing as Rawmantique resident DJ. Their sets often explore groovy house / hypnotic techno and deeper sounds, gaining their recognition in the underground scene.

Desperate House Guy, also known as Saegstasy, is a Leipzig-based DJ who, after his time in the techno scene, has returned to House and Electronica. His sets move between Tech House, Progressive House and Electronica, with a strong emphasis on digging to uncover rare gems and unexpected connections. The result is a multilayered and dynamic journey of energy, tension and subtle melodies.

Carlos (DJ Pommes), geboren in Mexiko City, ist als Teenager mit Progressive House und Trance aufgewachsen. Heute in Dresden zuhause, verbindet er in seinen Sets Einflüsse aus Deep House, Techno und Electro, immer mit einem Hang zu breiten Flächen und melodischen Breaks. Weniges erfüllt ihn mehr als das Auflegen, was man an hochgerissenen Fäusten und einem breiten Grinsen erkennen kann. Früher war er Teil des DJ-Kollektivs Reine Wäsche, heute ist er aktiv beim Chimaera Festival.
