Combination of loved old sounds and the new - So Good!

Fletcher Eleckson, Francis Ximenez and Liam Benzvi met at the University of Minnesota and soon made their mark on the local music scene as @StrangeNames. On graduating they relocated to Brooklyn, re-recorded their Use Your Time Wisely EP (which is great advice by the way) and started to show New Yorkers the joys of sexy bass and harmonies. Grateful for something to get last month’s brilliant Ricochet out of our heads, we’re pleased to present the premiere of I Can’t Control Myself; a summer track guaranteed to make you move. Always on our minds (and office stereo), Strange Names have succeeded in creating the kind of music people genuinely need; sunny, happy music that makes everything feel like it’s going to be okay.
