Framewerk have been long establishing an eclectic electronic style that defies genres yet maintains a deep distinctive atmosphere throughout all their music. With influences ranging from 70’s prog rock to 80’s electro, the duo both found a home in the UK acid house scene of the late 80’s and later joined together to form the group “Manhattan” during the mid-90’s progressive house era. These decades of dedicated development and unrelenting passion have kept Darren and Alec continuously at the forefront of the underground electronic music scene. Their work today as “Framewerk” showcases their diverse styles and innate abilities to create and share music that represents the best of the golden eras with a fresh, modern sound all their own.
Using their understanding of quality music to run their well-established imprint Capital Heaven, Framewerk continue to influence the industry with their unique perspective.

When I was five my father has a Yamaha wavetable synth, it was my first music experience.  In 2000 I was finished musician school by class flute and piano. In 2001  my parents bought my first comp. In that time my favorite programs were CakeWalk, DrumFlow, next Fruity loops (Fl Studio)
My favorite music was House, and BigBeat, in that time my friends listen to Jungle and Drum. My father's friend was a drummer, and I went to him to practice drums. After I bought a percussion drum Dumbek.
 Nowadays my favorite directions are electronic music such as:
       • deep house
       • electronics 
       • techno 
       • chillout 
       • and all sorts of broken bits. 

Music is my hobby

Matt is a lover of electronic music and now he is venturing from the dance floor to behind the decks to bring you meaningful rhythmic beats that will take you on a journey and fill your body and soul with good vibes. Matt plays progressive house & techno, melodic techno, underground, EDM, electro chill, bit of psydub, breaks and minimal. 

On a personal note;
2022 was a very difficult year for Matt due to the devastating floods in the Northern Rivers and separation of his family. Learning to DJ helped Matt rebuild his world and find a deeper connection through music. Bigs hugs and much love to you all!
