Delivering the February podcast for us is @wees-url! A new name, mostly because he recently changed his artist name. Previously known as Procell, you may have seen him at Orphic, Basis or Vriendjes & Vriendinnetjes to name a few.

WEES helped us start this podcast series by creating the intro and now in addition to that a 2 hour podcast showcasing his new artistic direction for the very first time. In an endless journey into the unknown, looking for answers, WEES challenges the listener with emotional and obscure sounds.

Connecting the past with the present and future through a new sound, the story for this podcast is one of a new beginning. Celebrating this change we are very happy to bring you the fifth (V) podcast by WEES.

Atonism is an eclectic, promising and emblematic electronic artist from Spain.
Born in Southern Spain, this DJ/Producer has been involved in the electronic music scene over the past 15 years, since he bought his first pair of vinyl desks at age 14. By age 17 he was already producing his first tunes. After a decade of self

harmony’s studies, his current productions show the great potential of this young electronic artist.
For the last 10 years he has primarily been involved in the Drum&Bass music under the name of Impak. The strength of his potential can be measured by his relevance in the D&B scene. 
In Spain, he became one of the most relevant Dj/Producers of this genre while most of his depurated productions were commonly heard at most of the D&B parties, regularly appearing in top positions of Beatport charts. 
His name headlined parties across the country, ending up
being resident DJ of the legendary club Industrial Copera in Granada. Internationally, Impak is a renowned name who has released his productions in major labels like Cause4Concern, supported by the most relevant artists like Optiv,Btk or Prolix and toured all over Europe in several occasions.
All this experience is reflected in his new stellar techno productions under the new aka Atonism. The main concept behind Atonism is to get dancing and intellect together in the dancefloor, seeking to mix quality, harmony, melody and textures with a delicate setting.
Groove, hypnotic, mental to name a few styles, are his reference of choice when he begins the composition of a new track.
His new path, already mature and characterized by a new way of understanding musicality and elegance.
Atonism has come to bring a new way to see dance music.

Giorgi Janjgava, also known by his stage name Obstructor, is a Georgian DJ and producer who has been making waves in the electronic music scene since 2019.

His debut EP on Portuguese label Hayes Collective was well-received by established artists and listeners alike, and he has since released over 40 tracks on respected record labels such as Illegal Alien Records, HAYES, BAHN, and many more. 

His music has gained support from renowned DJs and producers such as Oscar Mulero, DVS1, Lewis Fautzi, Setaoc Mass, Ben Sims, Dax J, and many more. With so much talent and dedication, there is no doubt that Obstructor is an artist to keep an eye on in the coming years.

Our third guest of a podcast is @samjeffery1 with proper journey, delivering over 2 hours of trippy soundscapes and psychedelic rhythms.

Bio:
22 year old Sam Jeffery (SJ) is the co-founder of Manchester based collective, Framework.  Having founded in 2019, they have gone on to host nights with the likes of Rene Wise, Yant, Jay Clarke, and Habgud, with a pending rescheduled date for Quelza in 2023. 

Whilst their podcast series has seen them release mixes from established artists such as Border One, Decka, Jeroen Search, Staffan Linzatti, Marcelo Antonio, Decoder, Benales and Max Watts amongst others. 

He withholds a broad taste spanning across the many facets of the electronic music spectrum, drawing inspiration from different corners of various genres. His main passion lies within the field of mental/hypnotic/deep techno, with artists such as DVS1, Oscar Mulero, Kaiser, DJ Nobu, Amotik and Deano being significant sources of inspiration for him. Within his own mixes he seeks to push the boundaries of music further towards introspection and mental experiences on the dance-floor, always chasing something deeper.
