Big thanks to Luke for having me down to play, to Niall Dunne for a wicked support set, and much love to everyone who made it in on such a rainy night!!

I actually set up some mics to record this because the last time I played here it was such a rowdy crowd I wished I had captured it in a recording. Once again it was busy and lively but unfortunately I did a terrible job with my mic positioning so that recording is useless =( lesson learned - must take my time testing mic positions in future.

Luckily I had another input running a direct line from the mixer, so that's what this is. Mysteriously, there is some crowd noise just about audible at the end, and I really don't know how that got there, as there should have been nothing but a clean audio signal on that channel... weird!

On another technical note; alongside two 1210's and some vinyl, I am using my new Octatrack as a third deck in this (for the first time)... didn't do as much with it as I planned, but new machines take a bit of getting used to. Nice to make a start with that setup though, the possibilities are exciting!

Anyway, I really enjoyed playing this (been a while since I DJ'd).. so hopefully you enjoy a listen;)
