To be transparente: I am still on site making my shifts, talking nonsense at our gala show on Saturday at FKK beach and getting lost in a good way on Sunday and Monday with my lovely friends. But we do have wlan here now so I can share my set already 🤯

Fusion + 20 years Bachstelzen <3

Michi and I were set and ready to take over from Mimi Love @spreedelay, but during our third track, our mixer unexpectedly dropped out. It was a bumpy start, but once we switched over to the backup mixer, everything took off and what a ride it turned into! We decided to keep the recording as it was: raw, real, and true to the live experience. Sometimes these little curveballs are just part of the journey.

The photo perfectly captures how we prep our sets—and also explains why our backs and shoulders are always in recovery mode! 😂 (Thank you, Em, for the snap!)

A heartfelt thank you to the entire @bachstelzen crew and Fusion for having us, to the producers behind the tracks, the sound techs, our amazing friends who held space for us, and every dancer and twerker who shared the moment on the floor.

@madmotormiquel, thank you for your constant support, and for being the best samba dancer and twerker a Brazilian could dream of!

P.S. This year marked Fusion’s 26th anniversary and Bachstelzen’s 20th. These collectives have shaped and inspired generations of ravers, myself included. I truly wouldn’t be who I am today without them. Happy birthday, and here’s to many more years of magic!

To play the closing before the daytime break at Turmbühne on Saturday morning was such a bliss and all my nervosity was blown away from the excitement to play one of my fav stages at Fusion Festival. Especially after 15 years of visiting, dancing, taking days of for my ravecation, strolling around, getting lost, meeting new people, reuniting with friends from all over the world, discovering new artists I'm so honored to have finally played the mother of all stages there. Probably the best dancefloor on the planet.

Music from one of the most beautiful mornings of my life. Thank you to everyone who danced into this perfect day with me.. 
Having been going to Fusion for 10 years, this was a dream come true and I probably never was so excited and nervous before a set. Although I imagined how it hopefully would be, the moment itself exceeded my expectations and I just couldn't stop smiling. I feel very grateful that my vision of what a sunrise at Fusion can sound like resonated so well with you all.. 
Please excuse the occasional audio glitches - there was a voltage problem with the mixer which made the audio cut out at random moments. There aren't too many of those though :)

An extraordinary figure in the second generation of Techno producers to emerge from the electronic music explosion of the late 1980s and early 1990s, Cari Lekebusch has sustained over thirty years in music through an unwavering commitment and an unquenchable desire to constantly move things forward. Credited as being the figurehead of the globally influential Swedish Techno scene that subsequently spawned internationally recognized names such as Adam Beyer, Alexi Delano, Joel Mull, Jesper Dahlback, PÃ¤r Grindvik, Petter B, Benjamin Mull and Nima Khak. Lekebusch's standing as a studio innovator and production authority is well documented. He has borne many pseudonyms over the course of his illustrious career including; Fred (Missile Records), Mr Barth (Svek, Plumphouse), Braincell (Harthouse) and his electro moniker Mystic Letter K to name a few. He has experimented with sounds across a range from Techno to Electro; releasing on well respected labels such as Novamute, Soma, Primevil, Harthouse, Missile, Turbo, Mote-Evolver, 430 West, ISL, Moln Records, Sleaze, Svek, Drumcode, Truesoul, CLR and his own label imprint H-PRODUCTIONS (former Hybrid Productions - Sound Architecture).

While still in school Cari started his own imprint H-PRODUCTIONS to ba able to always have an uncompromised platform for his most personal experiments. The label has since 1986 featured an impressive array of extraordinary sound architects from around the globe and has undergone many changes, that obviously are a reflection of Cari's own desire to develop as a producer. The term sound architect describes his work as a performer, Cari is an instinctive and imaginative DJ with a distinctive style that has earned him a loyal and intelligeble supporter base. Invited as a regular guest to many of the premier Techno clubs and events across the globe, Cari is most at home playing sets that wiggle between full on peak time exuberance and ever so slightly off the wall weirdness.
