He sent me the drum loop this one is built on a couple months ago. I tried a few approaches, but was happiest with this one that layers sequencer parts from both of my hardware synths overlapping. It's a bit of a different style than what I usually work with, hope you will enjoy listening.

Hiraeth discovered her power one day while staring up at the sky, lost in thought. As she concentrated, she noticed a small, white cloud slowly drifting across the blue expanse. She found that she was able to move the cloud slowly across the sky, just by her thinking about it. Excited by her discovery, she tried again and again, each time with more focus, until the clouds were dancing to the rhythm of her mind.

In Dutch: Mijn inspiratie is een eerder uitgebracht nummer over Israël's oorlog tegen Hamas. Ik ben niet voor Hezbollah, maar wel tegen de voortdurende oorlog in Israël, die inmiddels compleet onzin is: het gevecht tegen Hamas wordt nu gevoerd ÓVER DE RUGGEN VAN de bevolking van Gaza als "collateral damage"; ondanks mijn studie als theoloog van het christendom kan ik er niet meer tegen dat de regering Netanyahu zoveel slachtoffers moet maken onder de Gazaanse bevolking; en nu helemaal met de behoefte om de complete Gazastrook onder Israëls bewind te brengen....in deze oorlog brengen wapens geen vrijheid, mijnheer Netanyahu, géén vrijheid voor de Gazanen!!
Bijgaande melodie bestaat uit drie delen: deel 1 de oorlog waarin het leed van de mensen wordt verbeeld (voor zover dat kan alleen met klanken) deel 2 de baby/leven in Gaza nog elke dag deel 3 de afronding naar een klassiek gespeeld einde eindigend met "de hoop dat het altijd nog goed zal eindigen" een majeur akkoord.
