The album was designed as an end to end connecting experience especially for those who often feel restless, difficult to stay relax, calm, content.

It is divided into 6 progressive pieces to get into a deeper journey with yourself. All you have to do during this experience is let go. The music is meant to touch you deeply, especially to get in touch with any negative emotions and release them out. 

We can not be truly relaxed and focused if we have negative or dark emotions within ourselves, and most of the time we may not even know they even exist. The album is designed to get in touch with that side and observe it, not be overwhelmed by fear but instead embrace it, release it and let it go. 

The first piece, “Into The Yin” is meant to prepare ourselves to get into this journey and slowly relax.

The second piece “Connecting” will progressively induce a state of deeper connection with our inner self.

The 3rd piece “Contemplating” will help us start observing our inner emotions, feel and explore what is within you.

The 4th piece "Solitude" explore our darker emotions and let us acknowledge our shadow self.

In the 5th piece "Drift" we ride along with our shadow self, fully embrace it, feel it to our core. This is the most intense part and the one we have to let go / relax into it.

Once we reach the last stage, we have a realisation, and a shift in our perspective of life will happen, with a much lighter and mindful state of being. This is where the 6th track "Mindfulness" comes in, where we will still feel a bit of emotion, but transcended with calm and inner peace. At the end of this experience we should feel more mindful, relaxed and content.

I'm a contemporary violinist, composer and music producer. After a classical training, I toured and recorded as a jazz and rock violinist for several years in multiple French bands, then moved to Australia to release my own music. 

On this page you will find music I'm passionate about, both improvised and written, where solo instruments can shine, in particular strings - from acoustic violins to electric cellos. I like to fuse these organic instruments with electronic influences to create a captivating experience and tell a story through each song, leaving a space for improvisation in my creation process.

I also compose and record music for soundtracks and commercials.
