Cole The VII - Set Free

This one is special. Added another send/return effect pedal called 'Teil 2' from Keinemusik to my set up. It opens a whole new range of modulation to a mix. As often with new toys, I may have overindulged a little bit in effects and spheres, but you'll get it. Just a whole lot more knobs to fiddle with! Very happy with the results, hope you like it too. Also left a nice summer flashback at the very end. Have fun!

The playlist comes with an eclectic and sprawling intro of tracks before taking off with my new summer favoirte Circle of Light. Meaning Begin The Track:
"Apastron" is the point of maximum separation between the two stars.
It was the idea behind the track and the voyage that mirrors the journey through life's expanse and the diverse experiences and emotions we encounter finding that thing we feel completes us.
The track's dynamic energy reflects the pursuit of love, truth, a wandering, a universal quest that something brighter is out there awaiting our existence. From moments of ecstatic connection to contemplative interludes, it captures the ebb and flow and the prospect of finding something greater.
The concept of Apastron, representing the furthest point between binary stars, symbolises the times when we may feel farthest from our desired destination, or the one we love, yet it's precisely these moments that enable us to appreciate the closeness and beauty of our shared orbits with them, or in realising our hopes and dreams.
Ultimately, Apastron invites listeners to reflect on their own journeys. It's an auditory tapestry that reminds us of the intricate and beautiful vulnerabilities of life, where love's discovery and the challenges of separation contribute to the richness of our human experience.

“War” is the 2nd single extracted from the upcoming EP from Jaime’s Tone. It is a very heavy-oriented song, both from the standpoint of music genre, as well as from the lyrics point of view. “War” was written down before the current events in the Middle East. It refers mostly to the conflict in Ukraine, but talks more generally of how it feels to try and live in a time of war. A lyric video accompanies the release of the single.
